- Good breakfast, with both Western and Asian choices. - Location walkable distance to the airport bus stop and not too far from the city centre (although not directly in it). - Nothing disturbed my sleep. - Cosy room with nice bed. - Received multiple tooth brushes etc.

- I was very disappointed with the swimming pool. It might look nice form the outside, but it is extremely shallow. Maybe it is not such a problem for shorter people, but I am tall and the water at the deepest part was only up to my navel, and at this low water level it is impossible for me to comfortable swim in it. I was hoping to stretch my muscles there after long days, but this was not possible. - Instead of having 3-4 people in the lobby area all the time that don’t seem to have much to do the hotel would do better to assigned someone to maintenance. For example the railing at the balcony needed to be painted a long time ago, the bathtub trip lever was loose and hard to use. - Unlike the main room, the bathroom’s bleak grey design felt rather depressing.

I love the view from our room, the room and toilet is super spacious. Our overall stay is amazing and great. We encountered a problem but thanks to the staff of hotel we're able to resolve it properly. We love that the location of the hotel is near the pub street, 3-5 mins away by tuktok/grab and 10 mins max walking

The aircon is not super cold even we have two AC in the room both not cold. The breakfast food they serve is same every morning during our 4 nights stay. We hope that they can have more options in the future.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Chan Na was especially great. Another lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Location was good, pool was nice, rooms were clean and current. Bathroom with large tub and modern look was very nice. Close walk to River Night Market.

The bed was a little too firm for me. Otherwise I really liked the overall look and feel of the hotel. Great massage at the spa! Meals were good, yet nothing too fancy. Close to the temple sites also, though one needs transport.

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens front and back. Nice colonial style seating at the front of the hotel. Lovely pool and area lit in the evening along with the pool changing colour. All staff friendly and courteous and daily housekeeping. Location great with many shops, cafes, restaurants etc and 10 min walk to Pub Street.

The breafast choice was good enough but food needs to be covered. Also the cooked food in the burners wasn't very hot.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in ages. Amazingly helpful staff, excellent location, a wonderful pool and great breakfast all contributed to a great time with two daughters and two grandsons.

The decor is a little tired but this in no way took away from an amazingly relaxing stay, with staff wanting to be helpful whenever needed.

The staff were wonderful and helped us make plans with our students to see Angkor Wat. The tour guide and driver were excellent and helped us understand much more about the sites than we would have alone. Also, they kept us on (our self-imposed & tight) schedule. I had a massage... which I highly recommend. The breakfast was good, but I wish I had realized I could have had noodles in soup or an omelet at the station just outside the breakfast room/restaurant. Then, it would have been perfect.

Great location. Very welcoming and kind stuff. They offer temple tours. The room was very spacious and clean. Good quality hair drier.

The property clearly used to be luxurious but it might need some renovation to be considered 4-star on European standard. However still better of many other properties I have seen online. Good quality for the price range. Food at the restaurant could be improved.

It was a comfortable and strategic place to say as it was near to a lot of people restaurants and it’s was also near Pub Street. It was 5 min walking distance. We had issues with the aircond on the first day but they gave us another room just for the night to sleep and got it fixed the next day. They gave us complimentary fruits due to the trouble caused. Regardless they are always friendly and greeted us with a smile everytime they see us.

The pool hangout place is really good but too much chlorine in it. It depends on each individual.

Very quiet (they gave me free upgrade to pool view). I also spent some days at other hotels near Pub Street, but all were so noisy, music coming from the Pub street all night, but here is so quiet and the walking distance to Pub Street is short. Very good buffet breakfast with lots of food, fruits and very diverse (again, some other hotels had breakfast a la carte, which is time consuming and takes time, but here you cand eat a lot and very fast). I had booked a temple trip from them, and they packed breakfast for me. For me this is the perfect place to stay in Siam Reap.

Internet slow, but not an issue, I bought a sim card, very cheap and very fast

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast has many options, both Western and Asian. The location is convenient to markets and restaurants and only about 15 minutes walk from Pub Street, Wat Danmak, and the Old Market. Pool is always clean and there is never a shortage of towels. AC works well in the room.

We have stayed at this property many times over the past 9 years (it was under a different name/ownership). They current owner has managed to maintain all levels of service we previously experienced. However, the hotel could use a good coat of paint. It’s purely cosmetic and in no way affects the service or comfort of the facility.
