noise from restaurant nearby

Location was close to the old market and the riverside night market. Approximately 5-10 minutes walk. That was a treat. Lots of places to go and eat at or buy fruits and drinks from. You are spoilt for choice. The hotel itself was good. Looks fairly new. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and always receive guest with bright smiles and enthusiastic greeting. Always ready to give a helping hand when needed so always a plus +++ Amenities were good as well. Nice size pool, lift, good size room, kept clean and tidy, decent bathroom, free internet. Can’t complain. Ticks all the boxes. All in all, it was a good place to rest, sleep and rejuvenate after a whole day of exploring Siem Reap.

It’s close to a karaoke place, so probably a downside to light sleepers. We didn’t find it much of a problem because we did a lot of walking and sightseeing, so once we get to bed, we just zoned out. The beds were on the firm side, not necessarily bad cause we still had a good night sleep. We had to ask for the tv to be set up or programmed. They connected it to a box but it really didn’t do anything. So we just let it go. We had phones anyway. And they have fast internet so no dramas.

Cambodian friendliness and the help, flexibility and kindness of all the staff to make sure we made the most of our few days in Siem Reap. I want to mention all the staff by name but I cannot remember everyone: Rotha, Dalean, Sophie, Chakriya but also cleaners and restaurant staff. Helpful with tours, directions, pick ups (best scooter drivers!) Great location for walking/tuk-tuk around the city. Lovely hotel, affordable but super clean and spacious rooms.

Need foam toppers on the beds. Needed better insulated window frames as aircon had to work hard to keep the rooms cool in afternoon sun.

The staff were incredibly kind and spoke great english, making communication easy. The shower in our suite was the best shower I have ever had in asian in a budget hotel in 2 years, great pressure and hot and cold control. The facility felt brand new or near new. The pool was clean and felt like a good size, being able to drink in the pool was nice. The area where the hotel is situated boasts tons of nightlife.

The bed was like sleeping on a box spring. After 3 days my 200 lb frame was sore. I had to ask for an extra pillow because they offered a single thin pillow. The safe was a wooden box with a key. The hotel is close to night life and the karaoke until midnight was a bit abrasive after traveling for a whole day but it wasn't unbearable.

Hotel seems new and it was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Located in short walking distance from Pub Street and Night Market. Swimming pool seems small upon arriving, but once you get in it’s actually cozy and pleasant.

Rooms with odd numbers facing the nightclub and it very noisy until late night (we were moved to the even-numbered room and it was quiet). First room we stayed in didn’t have shower cabin (just the shower head itself) and towel holders. However, family room we got moved to, had both. Would be nice to add some small bedside lamps as it’s only bright ceiling lights at the moment.

Very courteous staff who are always keen to help you with your needs. It’s a new building at an excellent location. You can walk to the pub street, night market - all within 5 minutes. There are a large number of restaurants around and a 7/11 is just across the road. They were great in arranging a private tour for us to Angkorwat, arrange our bus tickets to Pnom Penh! And the cleaning is great, that definitely needs an additional mention.

The bed is quite on the harder side. And there is a pub by the side of the hotel that generates quite some noise. I am a (very) light sleeper, so I could tell you when the pub closes :) but this was totally not a problem for my friend. I don’t think it’s a big deal, go for it.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the welcoming amenities upon arrival were a lovely touch. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. What truly stood out, however, was the warm hospitality of Seang Rotha and Tho Sam. Their genuine smiles, helpfulness, and outstanding service made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the location was central. Breakfast was good.

The first night was very noisy due to a nearby club but the friendly staff arranged a new room for us on the quiet side, which really helped for the rest of our stay. The pool is quite small and at the front of the hotel

-Very good service and helpful staff, just talk about hard mattress they immediately add the mattress soft cover for us. Very appreciated for their caring and helpful. -The swimming was very clean but not big as we expected. The breakfast and food in the hotel was very good and cheap. -The room and bathroom are all clean and very new as the other review mentioned. There are only third floor but there was a lift so convenience. -The location is very good and only a few minute walk to pub street.

The newly hotel was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly accommodating. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the area. The building itself is modern and luxurious, complete with an elevator for added convenience.

My only complain was the noise from a nearby club, but when I requested a room on the other side of the hotel, it was perfectly quiet. Overall, a great experience!
