Truly luxurious and amazing hotel, we spent two weeks here, and we must appreciate the care provided by the staff every day. Nothing was a problem for the reception, including arranging an amazing tuk-tuk driver, Mr. Ek - ask for his number at the front desk. The breakfast is very diverse, continental, with Thai soups, sweet pancakes, and always fresh fruit portions along with strong coffee. The rooms will surprise you with their spaciousness, a stone bathtub, plenty of storage space for belongings and suitcases, and are clearly designed by an architect for comfort and luxury. Everything here is spotless and smells of cleanliness. The cleaning is absolutely precise. The pool is initially refreshing, but you will end up swimming longer, and you can refresh yourself even later in the evening. If you don't have a tuk-tuk booked for the entire day or your entire stay, which I recommend, they will take you to the city center for 3 dollars. You will be happy to come back here, like an oasis of calm, from the busy center. Perfect for families with children like ours. Romantic for couples. We did a good find stay at Vasinh Residence after Khmer New Year Holiday in Siem Reap City, Cambodia. We had a wonderful experience with the Vasinh Residence with the comfortable accommodations, friendly and attentive staff, convenient location, enjoyable amenities, a comfortable bed and pillows, clean and well-appointed rooms, and beautiful miniature garden and pool views. Also, we had good food and drinks at the hotel's restaurant and bar. Highly recommend a great hotel stay one where we feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. We will definitely return to this hotel when our trip happens to travel to Siem Reap City, we will definitely see you guys and gals soon.

We could have stayed longer at this hotel

We had an incredible room that was located right in front of the swimming pool, with our own private patio space. The room was HUGE!! Almost too big for just the two of us, however, it gave the feeling of being super luxurious. The staff was so kind and helpful. My husband rented a scooter via the hotel, and we were given a wonderful contact to use as our Tuk Tuk driver called Saroeum. He helped drive us around and took us everywhere we needed to go.

Very good breakfasts à la carte, local or universal flavors. Breakfast is prepared for each guest separately and you have to wait a while for it. Very nice and professional staff, you could communicate easily in English and in case of any problem you could contact them quickly via WhatsApp. Thanks very much for organizing transportation and a guide to visit Angor Wat. In addition to showing us around, the guide took many beautiful photos. Our tuk tuk driver - Mr. Chantha was very available and took great care to provide water for us and to cool us down with specially prepared and chilled jasmine-scented towels. We would like to thank the hotel staff for organizing an evening for us at the Apsara Theater in Siem Reap, which was also a great experience for us.

There was no such thing

Incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly staff. We had a beautiful large room with a great shower, big bath and pool access. We absolutely loved the pool - you can even order drinks and some food to the poolside. Great restaurant with some really lovely local dishes and good western options. The cocktails were fantastic, and the lime and pepper dipping sauce was exceptional! The hotel organised drivers for us, helped us with planning, stored our luggage and even turned the AC on before we arrived our first night. Quiet location, closer to Angkor Wat rather than the main drag which is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Very large and luxurious room which was to a very high standard. The most comfortable bed we had in Cambodia in three weeks and it was huge. The bath tub was massive and provided locally made toiletries which were nice. A very clean pool and restaurant. A great out of the way location meant it was really quiet and only 5-10 minutes from the centre of Siem Reap via Tuk Tuk. Staff were very accommodating and friendly helping with any needs we had. The side streets around the accommodation are friendly and safe to walk around in our experience and the hotel maintain the grass and flowers immediately outside the hotel on the street which is a nice touch as well. Would definitely have liked to have stayed longer if our schedule had allowed.

The only thing we didn't find perfect in our stay was that the hot water took at least 5 minutes to warm up which wasn't the end of the world but did feel like we were wasting water in having to run the taps on the bath, shower and sink for an extended period of time. A small issue all in all.

We didn't get a view though we were offered same for the last day but we didn't opt for it bkz we wouldn't benefit anymore Room was not cleaned in a timely on our 2nd day despite having asked in the morning but the gentleman on the reception helped us with clean towels and cups upon asking when we came in the evening. A bit understaffed. Just few constructive feedback so that they improve However these didn't prevent us from having a nice time.

Cute hotel with a good view of the pool. Started off on a downer as our room had lots of little bugs decide to come in through the door, the hotel was full apart from 1 twin room which we switched to for 2 nights while the room was cleaned and insects removed. After a day of site seeing we got back to e told that we are being upgraded to the cabana suite as a gesture of goodwill following the incident. Staff were extremely helpful and understanding. We also got a free breakfast included. We decided to stay an extra night and booked the double room again. We were advised we would be able to continue our stay in the cabana suite. The room was beautiful, and massive, huge bath and shower were so relaxing. The bed was very comfy. Couldn’t believe the size of the room with a beautiful view to the pool from our own private patio.

So peaceful. Lovely quiet pool, big comfortable bed.

Love every detail of this property. Highly recommended! The room we stayed was very spacious and clean! It has also a great restaurant which offers delectable food and drinks. It also offers tours to the Angkor Wat, which we really enjoyed. The tuktuk driver is very kind. :) Lastly and most importantly, the staff are very hospitable and would highly take care of your needs.
