I had a big spacious room and a comfy bed. The staff was very helpful and kind. I requested a quiet room and got one. The location was perfect, just a walk to pubstreet and market.

Nothing major: When I ask for toilet paper after 3 nights, it turned out that you have to ask to clean your room, they didn’t told me at check-in. Maybe not the fault of the hotel but worth mentioning. The hotel booked for me transportation from a dodgy company, they tried to put 9 people and want to pick up 2 more people in a 7 seat minivan. It was not a pleasant trip to Battambang. Now I booked through 12go.asia to Pnom Penh and have a comfy seat in a 11 seat van.

Huge room, very comfortable bed, great AC. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location is perfect - near many great restaurants, a 10 minute walk from pub street and the markets.

The floor in our room was pretty dirty when we arrived. It doesn't seem as if it is being cleaned properly, but this was the only aspect of cleanliness we had a problem with! The pool is also very small, and the picture showed loungers but there is none, and no space for them anyway! This didn't bother us too much, but if you're set on having a pool, this probably isn't the place.

We had a great stay at La Maravilla. From the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming. Throughout our stay the staff helped us to book a trip to Angkor Wat, and gave us advice on our further travels. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location just a 5-10 minute walk to the famous pub street. There is also an ATM machine right outside the hotel, which was very useful.

The pool was a little small, but that is expected when staying in a city. Although the pool was very clean and the perfect temperature!

Great location, close to good restaurants & nightlife & supermarket. Daniel was so helpful, ordered me in some food, a very tasty Bao. Also was extremely helpful with a problem I had after check out. All the staff we met were friendly & helpful, couldn’t do enough to assist us. The pool is an added bonus too.

The staff was super friendly and kind, the room was very big and coffee and water provided. The position was just perfect to walk everywhere, and plenty of restaurants around, as well as laundry service shops, taxi, etc.

Our bathroom did not have a shower tray and the water went outside the shower

Could not rave more about this hotel. Staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Rooms are large and very clean. Excellent location. Hotel staff happy to help out with anything. Will definitely return to Hotel La Maravilla
