Great location (couple of blocks to pub street), Super comfortable bed and great service. We really liked the sky pool and bar. Best frozen margarita ever. Lots of Tuk Tuk's around if you need transport. Directly across the street is the Beijing Dumpling house...definitely worth a go. All in all a good base camp for exploring Siem Reap.

They need to add a seating option to the room. There is no chair and at the desk is a hard stool. There is definitely room for improvement with the breakfast.

Breakfast - (french toast/pancake), sausage, ham, deep fried bacon, 3 types of bread with big toaster. Juice, fruit juice 3 types, cereals with accompanying liquid. Salads, 3 types of fruits. Congee(pork/plain)+condiments, Sunny Side up eggs, omelette, Fried Rice, Baked beans, Fried noodles. Usually is simple breakfast, 630am to 1030am, just the right timing. Variety is enough for myself, ate toasted bread with butter and sunny side up and ham sandwiches daily. Bed was hard enough Water pressure for rain shower is great, water temperature also great. Staff is very polite and good Pool looks great but din get to use, next time. Good spot i think to watch sunset and sunrise , from rooftop. if u just want clouds and sun. Have their own tuk tuk squad, pay to use. Enough power plugs in room beside bed, beside desk. TV- din use much, as out daily. Location- 1st tourist spot where i have never walked out of the hotel, i was always ferried into and out of hotel straight from the hotel door. As was on TOUR daily and ate the siem reap restaurants daily Toilet and shower area is segregated, has bathtub but din use. Flooring is not carpet- means i can walk barefoot if i wanted, as floor is tiling, and with daily cleaning, floor is as good as house floor. Quiet and easy to sleep. Came during the JULY period which is low season, hence breakfast was not too crowded.

Shower area - drainage is slow moving, causing when using rain shower, very slow water draining, causing flooding into the dry area and toilet area. Only happens if you are a heavy rain shower user like me. Else normal use is okay. So daily the toilet is wet. Has floor towel also cannot. Maybe its because i stay 2nd level.

Clean, comfortable rooms - beds are great! We especially liked the breakfast and the rooftop pool with amazing views across the city. Staff were very kind and were always going out of their way to help. The central location is so good, we could walk just a few minutes into the town for dinner or shopping. Wi-Fi is also very fast and stable if you plan to work online.

Overall, a really nice hotel (which is reflected in the price), the rooms were clean and spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and including a bathtub in the bathroom. The staff are exceptionally helpful in answering questions about the city, organising tuk tuk tours of the temples for reasonable prices, and even provide free sim cards you can use (which you'll need to add credit to). The rooftop pool was fantastic, and although Siem Reap's skyline isn't particularly spectacular due to its low building limit, we were able to catch some gorgeous sunsets. Breakfast was good, although we've had better at other places - a standout was the coffee bar where you can order whatever you like. Room service is very convenient, but you can find much nicer food at nearby restaurants. The location is fantastic, with lots of options for eating out at a range of different cuisines, and 5-10 minute walk from pub street.

The hotel employs tuk tuk drivers which always offer you their services as you leave. Whilst I'm sure this can be helpful in many cases, we ended up feeling quite bad saying no to them all the time, as we used Grab for transport to other points of interest which was around half the price and let you pay by card. Although you can pay by card at the hotel, they add a 3% surcharge on any food / activites you book through them. Although this is quite common in SEA, it doesn't really make much sense in this case as the room can be payed for by card without this surcharge, and most of the nearby restaurants don't charge this either when laying by card. It's a minor issue, but felt out of character for the quality of the establishment.

The rooftop pool is great, perfect to relax, big enough to do a little bit of swimming, nice view onto the nightly lightshows of rooftop bars around ;-) Good thing, you hardly hear anything from them or the hustle of Pub Street a couple of blocks away, which makes the location perfect because, if you choose so, you can get there within a few walking minutes. Also very helpfull staff, without being asked, they offered to pack my breakfast into a doggy bag when having to leave early, in addition reasonably priced dinner menu (considering a hotel of this quality!) and nice clean rooms. All in all a good package!

everything fine

The room service food was beyond good. After an excursion to Angkor, it was exactly what we needed. The fried rice in particular was amazing. The laundry was also really affordable and fast. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, especially the front desk crew. Our tuk tuk driver Mr. Danny was very polite and friendly, and our Angkor tour guide Mr. Pin did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend both of them to any future guests.

The bed was comfy but the pillows were not great. I couldn't sleep well the first night, but after getting up for the sunrise I was exhausted enough to just pass out the next night.

I am rarely so enthusiastic about a hotel, but in this case, it's really ten across the board! The hotel was super clean, the staff was amazing and professional and helped us in anything they could, from transfers to the airport, to organising tours to the temples and the floating village. The rooftop swimming pool was a blessing, after hour spent seeing temples in the hot and humid weather, you couldn't ask for more than that. I've seen many other hotels with pools in Siem Reap on booking.com, but none of them had the pool on the the rooftop, i guess that adds a very special extra touch. Breakfast was pretty good, quite a few options and good quality. The hotel was super quiet but also close to the hustle and bustle of pub street (which isn't my fav thing tbh, way too loud and crowded!). We asked if we could have a late check-out and they extended our stay by two hours at no charge, just because they were fully booked, otherwise they wouldn't have had issues with us staying more (and with no charge!). Really 5-star service!

Nothing, all was perfect.

I picked this hotel based on reviews, price, and location. The location is great, an easy walk to the night markets and quality massage and dining locations. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The beds were comfortable but could have been more firm.

Better pillows, especially for side sleepers, would be good. A firmer mattress also. The street was not safe for pedestrians as virtually no footpath. When there was a footpath, people parked scooters and cars on it. The land adjacent to the hotel was filled with rubbish. It may not belong to the hotel but the management could pay to have it cleaned up.

This hotel is just amazing. I hesitated first to book it as there were only a few reviews online, but this hotel just opened up. The hotel quality is great, location is good, staff is the best, swimming pool is awesome, and the sunset is just incredible!

Everything was amazing!

Very good location for a tourist. Close to markets as well as Pub Street. Hotel organized Mr Chhiv to pick us up from airport with a tuk tuk, late at night. What a nice gentleman. The next day he took us to the temples and gave us very good information on what to see and do to get most out of the day. Next day Mr Danny took us on a trip around the country side and showed us some good local art villages. Mr Lucky took us by car to Phnom Phen and stopped at several interesting places along the way. These drivers as well as all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort for them. By the way breakfast was good and coffee was exceptional.
