The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Pool. Good size room. Large bed firm but comfortable. Good breakfast buffet at the rooftop restaurant. Walking distance from the cdf store (airport bus stop).

The air conditioning failed in my room but I was moved immediately so only a mild grumble really.

Despite of not being a drinker, I love Angkor Panoramic rooftop bar, with its river view and afternoon breeze. Breakfast is a fairly decent affair. The happy hour (4-7pm each night, with 3 cocktails for the price of 2) is a splendid thing (to some, for sure). The refreshing pool is an added bonus. A pleasant scent permeates from every corner of the place. There is a local market 15-minute walk from the hotel where one can truly immerse in local life (sans the presence of other foreign tourists). What makes the hotel stand out, though, is its team of courteous, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, professional staff members.

15-minute walk to the center of hedonism (night market, Pub Street, old market, etc.) might be too much for some, particularly in the heat; but we all know about this fact during our research! This is therefore NOT an issue. It’s just merely an observation!

for some might be too far from centre, eg walking distance to the pub street about 15min but you can take a tuktuk, the laundry service quick and not expensive but stained my blue beach tower

It's been a great stay; the staff was wonderful and took the best care; the room was very clean and comfortable; the breakfast was lovely on the rooftop (6th floor); the pool was great and had cold water. The location is 10 minutes' walk to the pub street, night market, and old market. Highly recommended!

At its price point, this hotel offers a great deal of safety, comfort, and value. Manager Dana frequently checks with me to make sure my stay is going well. If I have any special requests (and I generally do), Dana has very professional and well trained staff take care of what I want quickly and efficiently. I use JK Resident as my mobile office, and it works well for my needs. My room is quiet and comfortable. When the weather cooperates, I frequently work in the downstairs coffee shop and its beautiful green landscaped oasis, or on the rooftop restaurant with a large shaded area, fans, cooling mist system, and a spectacular view of the riverside shade trees. Extra bonus. JK Resident is just far enough outside the "tuktuk" zone that you get zero problems. There is one chill tuktuk driver if you need him, or it's perfectly okay to hail a Grab or Passapp right in front of the lobby. I've been here for a month so far, and I might stay longer. A great hotel for a weekend visit, or a long stay working.

As a structural building, this hotel is one of those aging beauties with a distinct character of old French Indochina. Hotel staff does a great job with maintenance, but the age and style is definitely geared toward guests like myself that prefer a more authentic, rustic architecture. The downstairs pool deck often has a motorbike parked there. These are tiny minor nitpicks. Overall, even the pool deck with shade, live plants, and overhead fans is a nice place to cool off and relax for an hour.

The room was comfy and spacious. The staff was nice. Panha and Kosal in the restaurant/bar were fantastic! The location was great, walking distance to most things. The ac worked VERY well. Coffee and juice bar in the front was very nice! I don't drink coffee, but the fresh juices were amazing and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was good, as was the other food the restaurant offered for lunch and dinner. The bed was nice for me, but very firm if that sort of thing concerns you. They have a tuk tuk driver at the ready whenever you need, but they do seem to charge slightly more than just ordering a grab (worth it to just get the app). It was reasonably quiet. I felt very safe in the hotel and the neighborhood. All in all it was a good stay.

When I checked out they charged me for things I didn't use. The mini bar in the room was not stocked when I checked in but I was charged because the beer and water were 'gone'. Not the end of the world and I didn't find it worth quibbling over but wish they'd keep better track of things like that. Also the door had gaps/cracks that let mosquitoes in and was swollen (presumably from the humidity) making it difficult to lock/unlock. The bathroom could've been cleaner (seems like they just rinse things off, not actually clean). A few bugs (small roaches and earwigs) in the bathroom. Wifi was less than optimal and kept disconnecting.

Nice, local boutique hotel near the river at a great price. Staff were terrific. Made you feel welcome and so pleasant. Large room with good amenities. Good price on tuktuk tour through hotel. The pool had good depth and cold water. Very clean. Wifi was decent. Coffee shop was very good and my server Srey Ka made sure my visit was special.

Breakfast was not great. Limited foods for western tastes. Had to special order eggs and given small portions. Had to step up into a high tub for the shower with no handrails. Unsafe if older or have some disability. Towels were small and in bad condition. Still a great stay.

Excellent stayed, staffs were good, breakfast was good, room was comfortable, short walking distance to pub street, night market and old market. I love this hotel and highly recommend if you travel to Siem Reap.

The staff here are wonderfull, very giving of their time and attentiveness, Most speak good english, so communication was easy. Location good, any needs met, i.e transport, directions, room requests, room tidied like stealthy ninjas when leaving.
