Wow. So quiet yet 10 minutes from the action. Staff were 10/10

Well the rooster next door. Not their fault. But really, you should be getting up early anyway and at the very least you should have a white noise app.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The room was plenty big for us and our luggage. They provided us with 2 free bottles of water each day and serviced the room daily. All of the staff were so amazing and friendly. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of options. Also they have happy hour specials from 11-6, which took advantage of on one of the days while lounging at the pool. The hotel is within walking distance of many sights, shopping, restaurants and the airport bus stop.

I know they can't control this, but the neighbor property had a rooster that liked to start his day nice an early and did wake me up quite early. Also, each day we had to ask for a hand towel for drying our hands, as the cleaning crew would only provide bath towel and face clothes. And the only other thing would be the shower could definitely use a deep clean because there was mold in the grout.

Great location, very comfortable room (with great aircon!) and comfortable bed. Great pool too.

Great place and highly recommended so these are just minor points. Food at the restaurant was OK but not great. Wifi was good some days and not so good on others. If there are concerts in the park by the river then it can be a bit loud at night (we were just unlucky one night out of 7 so clearly not all the time).

Riversoul is an incredible property. The facilities are gorgeous, staff are so welcoming and wonderful and the rooms are large and very well decorated. It’s modern and nicely styled throughout the property and the people here are so nice. It’s a great location just across the small river to all the activities and an easy 5-10 min walk to most everything in town. I wish I had more time here.

The only issue I had was mentioned by others was the rooster that woke me early each day even with ear plugs in but I’m a light sleeper so take that into account. If you’re a normal sleeper then its fine I think

This resort was outstanding, easy walk to Pub Street, or $1 tuk tuk. Beautiful staff, can’t do enough for you. Large rooms. Pool access rooms great value for money. Close to quickie-mart, bank, laundry etc etc. Such good value for money. So close to the river. There is no giant buffet breakfast but enough options to choose from on the menu!

The bathroom was quite open to the bed area in the pool access room, which might get a little weird for some guests not travelling with their intimate partner, but not hard to work around for privacy. Toilet had a door though !!!

The staff were exceptional and very friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best possible. They gave good advice and were always available for any questions we had. The rooms were a great size and had everything we needed! Again, the staff were quick to bring and iron and ironing board when needed. The rooms were very clean and spacious and decorated very nicely!

The only thing that I was a little but disappointed in was the food in the restaurant. Again, the staff were lovely and very friendly when taking out orders but the food took a long time to cook, even just a basic sandwich which was a little disappointing as everything else in this hotel was top class!!

At this price point we were very happy with our stay at this hotel. I would agree with a previous client that if they repainted the walls and concrete desk (much of Siem Reap's hotels/businesses use concrete for doing the furnishings) and put new sheers up and reuphostered the chair it would be a 10. This is decorating rather than cleanliness though and everything fit and functioned well in the hotel: aircon, shower, bedding and linen (not worn out in any way) and there were no troublesome insects/mosquitos at all when we were there; they light an anti insect coil in a clay container at the door late afternoon that keeps them away I understand. The pool was great. Breakfast on site was good, nearby Brother Bongs for breakfast and Tevy's restaurant were great. Staff were very gracious and arranged laundry for us. Quiet despite the River Festival going on. A thanks to pleasant Mr. Kao Kong who works at the front desk part of the time and seems to organize transportation; we were treated courteously and fairly.

A repaint of the inner walls/concrete desk area would be nice.

Nice little hotel located 10 or so minutes outside of the centre street in Siem Reap, meaning you can dip in and out but it's not flooded with tourists or rowdy bars. Given it's location, you come across restaurants and bars on the walk into town you might not otherwise come across. The hotel (time of year) didn't have many guests so you feel like you have the run of the place. Front of house always welcoming and providing help in the hotel. Breakfast is nice, with a set menu to chose from and accompaniments of juice, tea, pastries and fruit each morning alongside the pool. Pool is small but a welcome respite from the heat. The rooms are a great size, with ample bathrooms and open showers. Bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in and the AC worked well in cooling the room vs most which blow freezing air over me as I sleep. Mr Sieha (works for the hotel) was our driver for our trip around Angkor Wat for 2 days (small and big loop) and also to the airport. We had more iced bottles of water & cold towels than any other regular driver I've had in the past. Win win.

A lovely boutique hotel on the quiet side of the river. Only a few minutes walk across the river to the centre and on our side a 7 -11 and good restaurants

Happy Hour was 3 drinks for 2. Makes no sense as a couple. We stayed in a similar hotel in Phnom Penh with 2 drinks for the price of one , so after 2 lots of drinks we ate at the hotel. We did enjoy our stay here, and yes the first night the cockerels did wake us up at 4.35am but we all went back to sleep again

For its price this is excellent value for money. Staff were really friendly and really tried to look after you. Any queries were answered and couldn’t fault their constant smiles! They can provide the hotel tuk tuk for tours and it saves hassle of bartering with others and the rates were very similar and you got cold water, soft drinks and cold towels. $15 for Angkor from 6am. Large room, great bathroom, excellent AC and well stocked mini bar. Really comfortable bed which was huge and amazingly soft pillows. Excellent location for Siem Reap and getting out into the temples. Pool was warm, naturally and they provided beds, towels and a shower too. Pool side provided ice cold beers and cocktails. Had the option of early check in and it was great, we were taken to the room and I thought is was up to standard but the receptionist rang me to tell me she was sending the team to clean certain elements as it didn’t meet here expectations.

Just some minor points but nothing really negative. Depends what you’re there for. Only 6 sun beds and the pool area only got about 3 hours of direct sun. So if you’re after sunbathing you may be disappointed, but with so many temples and other elements to visit that didn’t affect me. I could get back super sweaty, shower, dip in the pool and have an ice cold beer and that was perfect!
