Very comfortable and well appointed room, incredibly quiet (except see below) beautiful pools, lush gardens, lovely staff, great breakfast.

Its located a bit away from the centre of town, about 10 mins to town by tuk tuk. However the hotel do provide free transport to town as its location is in a quiet suburb. HOWEVER BEWARE. They are building a whole load of more rooms above the pool dining room, so if you are looking to spend some quiet zen time by the pool during the day, forget it. Which is a shame. At the time of writing they had got walls and roof completed, but had not started the fit out. I expect it will be noisy for the next 3 months. But check with the hotel.

Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff is excellent and the location is not too far from the center. Great food choices, especially if you crave other cuisines or just a simple, clean salad.

At the moment, there are renovations going on in the restaurant building, so, depending on the work progress, the restaurant area can get very noisy or dusty. Other than this, everything was excellent. One note about the location. Being outside the core city center, this is a quiet place, but if you go outside of the resort, there is nothing to do or see.

Overall, breakfast was excellent. Both pools were fantastic—clean, refreshing, and a great way to stay cool and entertained! Our room was cleaned mostly in the mornings by friendly staff who did an excellent job! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the meals the restaurant of the Resort made - high quality! Great customer service and a free Tuk-tuk trip to town a day were especially a bonus to our stay!

Our room was cleaned once after 2 p.m., which wasn't very convenient as we preferred to rest in the afternoon. It was also challenging to communicate my gluten-free diet to the restaurant staff. Thankfully, I managed by bringing my own gluten-free bread. Additionally, I found the bed slightly to hard but I do realise we have all different preferences. Lastly, some guests were noisy, talking and laughing until around 3:30 a.m., which was quite a disturbance - the staff did make work of it which I appreciate very much - and kept me updated!

It was very peaceful and quiet. The two pools are beautiful! The location is a little out of the way but that is one thing we really loved about it. The room is actually larger than the photos and it was spotlessly clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

The WiFi is not good. It is slow and very spotty. We continuously needed to use our 4g cell phone reception. The towels also need to be replaced. Most of the ones in the room and at the pool have holes in them and are actually the worst ones we’ve ever seen in a hotel. The bed was also not very comfortable. This is a personal preference but for a resort, the bed was very hard.

We really fell in love of Siem Reap and this hotel contributed to this a lot! There is a family atmosphere, the personnel is very kind and caring. They helped us a lot during our stay to plan the activities and provided us good recommandations. The hotel is about 10 min by tuktuk of the night market, in a place which is relaxing and calm. The rooms have very good quality furnitures, you have lot of space and above all, you fell confortable therein. The two swimming pools are amazing. The restaurant serves delicious and healthy food. We definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a hotel in Siem Reap!

We had many accomondations across all Cambodia, all with amazing service, but Khmer House was above them all! Nice staff, fast check in/out. Two pools with great temperature, coctail happy hours which you can enjoy in the pool. Our room and bathroom was beautiful with a nice terrace to the pool /as much as you can see from the beautiful jungle :))/. Breakfast was also nice and we received a small gift at checkout. You might think it's a but out of the city, but super easy /and cheap/ to reach with tuktuk /the hotel also offers daily one ride to the center/ I would be more than happy to come back, dream place! :)

Everything. Our stay here was amazing. We couldn’t believe how amazing this hotel was. The value for money is unbelievable. The staff that work here are so friendly and the communication between all the staff is fantastic. We changed extended our stay and changed to be in a different room to stay by the other people and all staff had been informed already and every staff member remembered us. It felt very special staying here. The food is also very impressive. My girlfriend had the flu when we were here and so we didn’t leave the hotel much but it was ok because the food was so good and the room was very comfortable. The massive bath also feels very luxurious. When you leave the give you a handmade bracelet!

Everything. It was an absolute heaven. Amazing pools, perfectly maintained, lovely staff. Special thanks to Dina, who was in the breakfast. I am gluten free and vegetarian, and my dietary requirements are not easy to handle, however he put a lot of efforts and I had amazing meals thanks to him. Much appreciated 🙏🏼 Also, thanks to Set and all the other staff. They even gave us a present 🎁 since it was out honeymoon. Location is not in the city center but this was actually what we were looking for. 5min ride by TuK Tuk and they even provide one from 9 am to 7pm at no extra charge for your convenience, nice touch! Overall, it was a really amazing stay. Loved everything!! Thank you team! You made us even more happy ❤️❤️

Khymer House was the most beautiful hotel we have visited and we loved every aspect of our stay. Staff welcomed us with kindness and care and the most delicious tea I have tasted. We stayed in the khymer style room and it was beautifully decorated and had aircon to keep us cool. The two pools were stunning and perfect for taking a dip to cool off at the end of a day exploring the Angkor complex. And the breakfast they served was so good! We looked forward to it every day of our stay. You have to try the Khymer style breakfast options. The congee was the best I've eaten. I'm not one to eat at hotel restaurants but I have to say the local cuisine menu here was so good and the best we tried anywhere in Siem Reap that we kept coming back for more meals. We will be dreaming about the Lok Lak and Amok for many years! Thank you for making our stay so special and putting so much care into every detail of the guest experience.

This is a beautiful resort hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The two pools were large and clean, both in a beautiful green setting Staff were the nicest I have had experience of, they were always extremely courteous, friendly and most helpful. Any special requests we had were dealt with speedily and effectively and always with a smile. We had initially planned on staying six days at this hotel but extended this by a further four days because we liked both the hotel and the area so well. In summary, a beautiful hotel in what I feel is an underrated country from a tourist perspective.
