This hotel lives up to the hype: large comfortable bed and room, with kettle, daily coffee/tea/water & fridge, great air conditioning, hot shower with good pressure, amazing staff, refreshing pool. They go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. David and his wife are amazing hosts and have a wonderful team that does everything well and with a smile. They even arranged same day laundry. Of note, there is no elevator so you do need to take the stairs to get to your room, but the staff takes your luggage up for you. Great location that is walkable or close with a Grab, but quiet at night.

Everything was great. The owners were amazing. They were super helpful and were very willing to chat, which was super nice. They helped us book everything we needed to see the temples and so forth. Seemed super enthusiastic about Siem Reap, which got us more excited as well! The room was great as well. The bed was probably the most comfortable so far in southeastasia. The hotel is a bit further away from pub street, and in a quieter area. However, everything is walking distance, only about 10-15 min.

The only complaint we have is that the wifi wasn't the best, and some parts of the room it didn't work at all.

It was close to everything I wanted to go to, at the very least not too far away in terms of tuk tuk. I managed to snag three rooms for a fair price, the staff were great, the rooms were awesome overall, and I enjoyed their pool.

Since one of the rooms faces the sun during the day, when I arrived back after my activities, it was usually fairly hot and stiffling in there, the AC did of course work properly and I'm not by any means upset with it, it was just a downer having to leave it off during the day, because I had to take the key card with me, instead of having it run when I came back so it was cool. Also the hot water eventually ran out about 3 days in and was lukewarm at best for the rest of the trip. Apparently one of my family members that came with me, didn't really even have hot water throughout the duration, his was apparently lukewarm at best as well. Other than those two things, everything else was fine and I was very happy with the location, and everything else again.

The host David was fantastic, really informative on restaurants, things to do, local knowledge. The food was good, we ate there on on occassion, The pool was small but just the trick at the end of a busy day, the room was spacious, clean, tidy, housekeeping was Excellent, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, location is great, not far from pub street and loads of restaurants within 5 mins walk, easy to get tuk tuks from the hotel.

Loved this place!!! The room was incredible, huge bed and huge bath and just so homely. TV was also great and very big. The pool was lovely, we spent nearly two days just hanging out there. Had it all to ourselves! Staff were so helpful, food was delicious and we were able to order it to the big double pool bed which was lovely. Really great location walking distance to center. Hotel organised a tuktuk for us for angkor wat etc.

Clean and spacious room, huge bathroom and very good water pressure. Pool was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. We booked our driver for Angkor Wat and everything worked great. They also helped us with the motorbike rental. The guesthouse is in a quiet side road about 15min walk to pub street or you can take a Tuk Tuk for $1.

Would love them to have a water dispenser to refill bottles and reduce plastic waste.

It was like arriving at an oasis in Siem Reap full of birdsong, plants & fish. It’s very close to the centre but very quiet. The host David and his wife were super helpful, always giving tips, going out of their way to help. It is incredibly good value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had travelling, it met all of my needs for a great price. Oh, super comfy beds too.

We loved everything . The best staff that had taken care of us from the second we arrived going beyond their role . I will be staying here in the future. I have stayed in many places in Siem Reap this was by fr the best all round. Thankyou to David and his wife looking after our son when he had an injury when on our scooter. Supplying fresh aloe Vera which was a lovely thing to do. So thanks for everything

Lovely, spacious room with modern Asian decor. We also enjoyed the ducted air conditioning. Location is excellent, close to shops, supermarket, walking distance to Pub Street, the river and Angkor fitness centre. Te pool was an added bonus, and breakfast had many options. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The coffee at breakfast could be greatly improved. The wifi was inconsistent in the evening, but that may be outside the hotels’s control.

Great family run boutique hotel. Excellent location - plenty resturants' cafes and bars around but still peaceful and quiet. Only a few kn from Angkor Wat so really quick an easy access to temples. Management and staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this little oasis in Siem Reap.
