We loved everything, the facilities were great, the location perfect, almost on the sok san rd with its bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to pub st. It was still quiet and peaceful, a little Oasis. The main reason we loved this place so much were the staff. Vansy and her team went above and beyond, from the cold tiger balm flannels when we returned from a long day sightseeing to the guys spraying insect repellent when leaving for an evening out. Small things but they add up. But it was their smiles that make this place special! We fell in love we Cambodia and it’s people and Phka Chan is a big reason why❤️

The hotel, staff, and service were so exceptional that I extended my stay! The team is incredibly helpful and kind. They assisted with booking activities and flights, recommended places to visit, and shared insights about the local culture. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they genuinely cared about me throughout my stay. Before my excursions, they thoughtfully prepared a healthy breakfast for me to take along. Special thanks to Seila, Makara, Phally, and Chhun, who ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Shoutout to the two young men at the entrance (sorry I didn’t catch your names) who helped with my suitcase and greeted me warmly every time I came and went. I was quite demanding, but they always accommodated my requests and provided answers to all my questions. The hotel is spotlessly clean—a little oasis. The location is ideal, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still close to attractions and the city center. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well cared for. I can’t wait to return next year with my family! For a relaxing stay where you’re truly looked after, I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect!

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff were absolutely and incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. We end up booking two days tours with the hotel. A place I would definitely consider staying again. Location was good for me. You’ll find a laundromat in front of the hotel and 7/11 store around the corner. I also found a restaurant near by where I ordered the same yummy dish every day…

Just some minor things that I’m sure the hotel can fix for future are mini fridges didn’t work in room 101-102 and shower pressure was a little weak. Also for me a bin in the room too would be great there’s one in the bathroom).

What really sets this hotel apart from the rest is the service. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this is the best service I’ve ever received hands down. Every single member of staff at this place is fantastic and they really can’t do enough for you. Every time you leave and enter the hotel grounds you’re greeted and asked if you need anything. When waking up at 4:30am for our Angkor Wat trip they packed us a breakfast which was very kind. The pool area is beautiful and breakfast is pretty good (better when not operating as a buffet). The rooms were spacious and very clean. The AC was okay (very effective in the evening but seemed to get turned down a bit overnight). Overall I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation and would return in a heartbeat if we come back to Siem Reap, which we may well do, as we really enjoyed the city generally.

Beautiful little garden hotel with new and modern facilities. It is located just off Sok San Road, one of the main arteries leading to the city centre with lots of restaurants bars and convenience stores nearby. Walking to the centre takes just under 10 minutes, a TukTuk for $1-2 will get you there in 5. The location was really perfect, so central and yet reasonably quiet. The room on the ground floor was clean and stylish, the mattress firm but comfortable. The bathroom with a huge open shower also had a door leading to a small outdoor area with a stone bathtub. The pool area is surrounded by lush greens with plenty of sun chairs to choose from. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful with planning trips to Angkor Wat and the surrounding areas. Great breakfast too! I warmly recommend this hotel and hope to be back soon.

It was a wonderful stay in Siem Reap. The hotel is extremely beautiful, the rooms are large, spacious and clean. It seems to me that the facility is new, because everything was very well-kept and looked great. Every day I used the gym and my husband used the swimming pool. The cleaning service was great, new towels every day, and our stuffed animals that we brought from Vietnam were placed on the bed - it was so cute! 🥹🤍 The hotel service is at the highest level. When we returned from the city, we were brought towels to refresh ourselves (the temperatures were very high). We were greeted with a smile every day, and the breakfast was amazing! Lots of options to choose from, delicious and healthy! 🤍 The hotel has a great location, close to restaurants and the main street. We really felt special and we highly recommend this place!

I liked the breakfast; it was freshly made and very cute. The location was very nice as well, and we could walk to Pub Street all the time. tuk-tuks for Angkor Wat was also a direct pickup and drop from our hotel.

There were flies in the breakfast place, which is okay as they replaced everything where there were flies. The hotel is slightly inside the main street, and in general, walking in Siem Reap was a bit unsafe, but the staff was very nice. A lot of families stayed there so a lot of children crying at the pool and sometimes near your room which you could hear while going to sleep tbh.

This hotel was superb value for money with outstanding breakfast and the friendliest staff. Walking distance to the main strip for food and drinks and 20 mins to ankor wat temples.

The bed was a bit firm but still comfy and the place was a little noisy from construction and cicadas at night but the whole of cambodia is noisy..

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel to the full extent! The design was beautiful and the staff paid attention to all our needs and was incredibly friendly. We had to extend our stay very spontaneously for one night because of the flooding in Phnom Penh where we were supposed to go after one night in the Phka Chan Hotel. The staff was very helpful concerning the communication with our hotel in Phnom Penh and it was no problem to even stay in the same room for another night. Also, the location was perfect. We could easily go to the old town by food or enjoy nice cafés close by. The hotel also provided us with lots of recommendations regarding activities and restaurants. We were really sad to leave.

This is the best hotel in Siem Reap and one of my favourite hotels ever. It's stylish, has a beautiful pool and rooms, but most of all its staff and service our outstanding. They even brought me a cake and sang happy birthday at our room door. They organised everything we needed and always with a kind smile. They organised a tuktuk to take us for sunset and sunrise at Angkor. Heng the driver made our trip extra special and we can't thank him enough for his 5* service. Breakfast was perfect and they packed us a wonderful basket to watch the sunrise at angkor wat. I fell in love with this hotel and everyone in Siem Reap.
