Spent 11 nights here while waiting to enter Bangkok. Staff were excellent - very helpful and polite. Breakfast in the mornings was good, friednly staff on the egg counter and all service staff were fantastic. Pool was great - nice water and good poolside service. It was quiet as it was off-season but the service was excellent. Great coffee house next door tothe hotel if you fancy a change. Working safe in the closet, which is always a bonus, and rooms were cleaned daily. Hotel-affilated tuktuks are available and they are invaluable guides/drivers druing a stay. We came here to decompress and relax, and we certainly did that.

The hotel’s location is very good and well known by everybody in town! it is very easy to go around Siem Reap and Angkor Wat from there using Tuk-Tuk taxis (we used Grab to book them and it was really cheap). I cannot recommend enough the staff, they were very professional, welcoming and so thankful we visited Cambodia and stayed at The Lotus Blanc Resort. They organised our Angkor Wat trip - booked us a Tuk-Tuk with a tour guide, they purchased circus tickets for us and made sure the show doesnt start without us as we were running a bit late; calling restaurants for reservations and arranged everything we needed! Excellent service!

Pick-up at the airport, reception and check-in were fabulous, the staff is extremely friendly. The driveway and entrance area of the somewhat older hotel are very nice, also the hotel lobby is very pleasant and almost a bit sophisticated. Wonderful warm, tight water in the shower, the room was furnished with everything you need as a discerning guest. The breakfast was very neat and there was something for everyone. Lots of fresh stuff and lots of fruit!

Despite all the nice things the hotel has to offer, there are a few things I would wish for differently. For example, the internet (free Wi-Fi) is very slow and sometimes went down completely for 12 hours. The coffee at breakfast was not bad, but I would like to have a selection of freshly brewed coffee specialities: Cappuccino, Espresso,...! I found the tables in the breakfast room to be too high and the chairs to be too low. For my 1.52m tall companion it was a pain to sit at the table and I (1m73m) didn't really feel comfortable either. Overall, the hotel is no longer up to date. It must have been very nice 30 years ago and the condition is still good, but you can see that it needs renovation.

The suite room we stayed in was really beautiful with nice decorations and dark wood, comfortable sofa set, two sinks + freestanding bath and shower. The pool was big and a nice temperature, and was set in a lovely garden with palm trees and hammocks. The staff were really helpful whenever we had problem or questions. They really made the stay. In particular, one guy helped us fix our phones and made a super dinner recommendation in the Old Market area. The female staff on the front desk were also very helpful booking tours.

The breakfast, poolside food, and room service/ breakfast offerings were not up to what we expected. The coffee was the kind of thing you might get in an office or a staffroom, not a resort hotel. The wifi in our room didn't work at all, which was frustrating because we had to check in for our flights online.

Breakfast was very good, although similar each day. The gym was handy and air conditioned. Lovely pool area, reception and rooms. Location slightly out of town, but only $1 on Pass or Grab.

The only negative for us, was the excessive bass used during Khmer New Year for very small numbers or people attending the events. Although they did stop at 10pm. Communication around the New Year plans and not being able to relax by the pool was not great. Without this a great hotel.

This a very good value little hotel - convenient for the airport, town & the temples. Daily breakfast, very convenient massages in the Spa but the best thing about this hotel is its staff - the management team were friendly and most keen to ensure you were happy. The manager, Morn Phaerom went out of his way to sit with us in our room to plan our very specific requirements for a car and driver for the week. Our driver,Ley Sothat was so professional, very knowledgable and helpful everyday always delivering a cold towel and cool water after our work at the many temples. Sothat made our trip a real pleasure. Thank you all!!

I would advise a tuk tuk into town for evening meals - we tried ‘Wild’ & Sambo - both served great food but Wild topped the bill with their most awesome cocktails- Alice in Wonderland our favourite!

What an amazing hotel! The highlight of our honeymoon. We were only in Cambodia 2 days and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Complimentary airport pick up arranged. Staff were all exceptionally friendly - first class customer service. Close to town so cheap tuk tuks in and out in the evenings. Staff were v Informative about temple trips. Our Room was incredible - we were overlooking the pool. So clean and felt so luxurious. The pool area was amazing we felt so relaxed - bar staff by the pool very attentive and fantastic drinks served. Gym in good condition with plenty of different machines and free weights.

Suggestion for the restaurant menu to expand by a few more dishes but we always tend to eat our meals out anyways - had lunch on arrival while we were waiting for our room as we arrived before check in time.

I loved everything about my stay at Lotus Blanc. it’s location was very convenient, the stay was very relaxing and it truly made me rest, enjoy, and discover Cambodia at the same time. Our room was very spacious and the balcony opened to a beautiful view of pool and coconut trees. It was serene and very peaceful. The food at The Rice and the cocktails at the bar were another part of overall great experience. The staff was very humble and supportive. It was so good that I was not ready at all leaving the place on my last day. I wanted more of it and that says it all.

Lovely small resort hotel with two restaurants and bar, great swimming pool and gardens. Rooms are really spacious of 5 star hotel standard. Well managed hotel, staff attentive and helpful. Good breakfast with a selection of fresh fruit, pastries and lots of food.

Breakfast should include an espresso/cappuccino machine. Hotel tuk tuks are much more expensive than ones we booked with Grab. The gym equipment needs updating.

Everything was wonderful, service was beyond good, the reception was very helpful, the doormen and tuk tuk drivers were all so nice. Check in, checkout also went smoothly. Pool is nice with great cocktails at the bar. Air con, TV, breakfastmall good. Free airport pickup, easy to get downtown with a tuk tuk, about 10min

The wifi in the room was hit or miss, but fine everywhere else
