Navutu is like a dream! Arriving after long days of looking at the amazing temples, it’s the perfect antidote to come home to this luxury resort away from all the hustle bustle. Relax by the 3 pools, enjoy a massage, facial or yoga session. The breakfast each morning is delicious and lots of options to choose from and the cappuccinos are spot on. The service is incredibly friendly and always helpful. They arranged for a bday cake for my husband and sang him ‘happy birthday’ and arranged a car service very late the night before when we decided we wanted to go to the Kulen waterfalls. Pauli was our tuk tuk driver and he was always smiling, warm & friendly. He gave good advice on which temples to visit and when. I also loved the eco friendly aspect of the resort with water refill stations, glass water bottles and no plastic toiletries. Yes, it is a bit far out of town ( 20-25 mins by tuk tuk) from the temples and 15 mins into town but it’s worth it! We stayed for 4 nights but could have stayed much longer! Siem Reap had a great vibe, incredible food at all the restaurants and the markets and pub street are fun too. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Wonderful quiet place a little outside of the city center! 3 nice pools, 2 of them where you can actually take a swim in. Spacious rooms with big bathrooms. Good a la carte breakfast as well as dinner but nothing overwhelming for reasonable prices. We would rather recommend to spend the evenings outside to enjoy the many great restaurants and bars! The city is easily reachable with the tuk tuk that can be arranged by the hotel. We had one driver assigned to us from airport pick-up until the end of our stay. We did one Spa treatment which was great and also for a reasonable price for a hotel. Last but not least, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful in arranging tours to Angkor Wat incl. a Guide as well as giving us recommendations for restaurants.

Possibly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Not 5 star luxury, but small, friendly, boutique (I hate that word but it fits in this case). We had a family room, a few steps from one of the swimming pools. It was large, spacious and very comfortable. The three small pools were beautiful - it was an absolute oasis to return to after mornings exploring the area. Breakfasts were fabulous - and lovely to have great Italian coffee!

The menu was quite limited and too many western dishes - we would have much preferred more local choices. Also v expensive food - we would have eaten there more if it was more reasonably priced and better choice of Cambodian food.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel with three good-sized pools. The place never felt crowded; most of the time you had a pool just for yourself. We also appreciated glass water bottles in the hotel room instead of plastic ones and the refill stations. Food was very tasteful and the portions were big. Excellent passion fruit mojitos! The staff was very friendly and organized skillful tuk-tuk drivers to take us to the centre.

Ice cubes in the drinks could be bigger so that they wouldn't melt so quickly and change the taste. In the massage room there was a clock ticking. I would have preferred some relaxing music instead.

Rooms and pools are fabulous. Quiet resort with great wellness offering. Naomi (operations) and nina (wellness reiki etc) were really lovely. Warm welcome here even though I showed up early. Food all great, chef is good and all staff are really lovely. Chocolate foundant delicious and luk lak fabulous. Attentive staff and amenities lovely - three pools (shady/kids/sunny). A short tuk tuk ride to siem reap.

Tuk tuk arranged by hotel a little bit more expensive but in fairness, you know who you are using is safe. Though all tuk tuks are safe.

It was a perfect place to spend our quality time.3 great swimming pools and located in a peaceful area. All the staff were extremely courteous and made sure we got the best treatment possible. We would definitely come back again. All travel arrangements to see nearby places are also made available upon request.

Everything was lovely. The room was big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. You could choose add ons for your breakfast in Western or Asian style with tastful coffee and a juice of our choice. When we arrived in the hotel it was almost 12 at night. Because we hardly had any food in the plane, we asked the hotel for a snack. Although te kitchen was closed, they arranged some fruit for us. The hotel has 3 swimming pools. One of them is a salt-water pool. Great swimming from 7.00 AM in the morning. We felt so welcome in this place, which is of course because of the super friendly and attentive staff. A lovely place to stay I come back.

They only weakmthing is the quality of the internet. We needed to do an online meeting for our work and the connection was unstable. For regular use the internet is fine, but for Zoom-meetings it was too weak.

Gorgeous place, lovely warm service. Delicious local and Western food, even a children's menu. I had 2 private yoga classes which were amazing. The staff arranged for my husband to do a cooking class which he loved. Tuk-tuk drivers always at the ready, so no problem getting around. Very nice wine list and drink service at the beautiful pools. We took a few days to relax here after a tour of Vietnam and it was perfect. All the staff were excellent, but shout-out to our favorite waiter, Sa :-)

A beautiful resort and perfect for our family of 5. We stayed in a grand suite with a cot. The rooms were spacious and we liked having a door in-between rooms so we could go to bed at a different time to the children. The breakfast was fantastic. We also ate a few meals at the restaurant as they had foods that our kids liked. There were also some nice interesting meals for us adults. We only used the family pool. It was clean and fun for the kids. A bit out of town but we used the hotel tuktuk drivers which was super convenient. It was nice seeing the efforts to reduce waste such as glass water bottles and reusable shampoo containers. The staff were very helpful and the taxi organised by the hotel was reliable for getting us to the airport. We used the laundry service which was a bit on the expensive side but was very convenient so worth it for us.

We had no complaints.

Peaceful oasis in busy Siem Reap! Large room, comfortable bed, huge bathroom. The salt water pools are wonderful. The grounds are lush and well-maintained. The staff is helpful, and they were able to accommodate my food allergies. It's a little farther from the touristy area but worth it for the calm ambiance. And it's still only about a ten- minute tuk tuk ride to town.
