Bliss exceeded our expectations so we extended our stay! By far one of the best places we have stayed in SE Asia. All staff are excellent and so friendly and welcoming - the entire time! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome everyday and looked after all our tours, even putting together an itinerary from our ideas. We stayed in the 2 br Villa (and while not as flash as the pool rooms) it was huge and comfortable, with a kitchen area, lounge area, laundry and rooftop. Fabulous for the kids to get some space, the breakfast was excellent and we ended up eating dinner at the restaurant a few times after big temple days. The pool is huge and clean. The whole complex is spotless. The entire team at Bliss should be commended. I highly recommend!

The staff were so so lovely and extremely attentive and kind. They arranged a car for us from the airport even when we forgot to ask and had already landed! The photos look exactly like the place and the facilities are extremely clean, especially the pool, and the bathtubs were so cool. Also, normally I try to avoid eating at hotel restaurants but the food at this restaurant was exceptional and just as good or better than others in the town. They packed us delicious breakfast even when we left at 4:30am in the morning!

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. It is far from the noise of the city center but close enough to the city center by tuk-tuk. The pool is clean and enjoyable. the massage was amazing and the price is not expensive either. Most importantly, all the staff working at the reception, the kitchen, the cleaning, the spa are wonderful and friendly... they helped us in every way. welcome us every day with a cold towel and green tea 💜 Also, since our flight arrived very early, they helped us and we were able to check in early. and they said goodbye to us like a family. Thanks for everything 🙏 If I come to Siem Reap again, it will be my address.

The Bliss Angkor is a lovely, small boutique hotel. The room was amazing, the pool was nice and the staff were super accommodating. I loved the fact that the hotel staff knew each guest by name, that the property left a fruit tray in the room as a "welcome gift," and that every time I returned to the property, I was greeted with a cold cup of tea. The manager here went out of his way to get to know each of the hotel guests, and this hotel's level of customer service was superb. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit Siem Reap again (and will happily send friends their way if they need hotel recommendations in the area.

The only drawback is that this hotel is on a street without sidewalks about 15 minutes from the center of the town action. This meant that walking to and from the property felt a bit dangerous (and it felt necessary to travel by tuk tuk to and from locations in the city.

I’ve stayed at hotels in 4-5 different countries and this one was by far the best. The staff is incredibly genuine and offers you tasty seasoned peanuts and a delicious welcome juice on arrival. The room was incredible. Big TV with streaming services, tons of pillows for luxury, great air conditioning, a sitting area with fresh bananas and lychee, a beautiful bathtub, a separate shower area, beautiful mirrors and artwork. they even provided a homemade body scrub, which I was very impressed by. The pool was fantastic with towels provided. I loved how QUIET it was. This hotel deserves the BEST possible rating. Absolutely mind-blowing exceptional!!

Absolutely fabulous. Everything was 10/10. So many luxurious touches like cold face towels every time we came back to the hotel and a fresh fruit bowl upon arrival. The staff were fantastic and helped us book a lot of things. We loved so much about our trip. We stayed in the family Villa and got so many surprises. We had a whole wet kitchen with full size fridge, gas cooker and washing machine. The washing machine was such a blessing - never have I experienced such humidity. I live in Malaysia, but the heat was extreme. I ended up washing clothes almost every day I was there - I don't know what I would have done without a washing machine as we ran out of clothes so quickly. We were there end of April - hottest time of the year and were drenched in sweat every time we went out. I must admit our bed was like a brick - but sadly that is normal in Asia. The staff tried to help but it didn't make much difference. Finally I thought to make a bed of pillows and had a fantastic sleep the rest of my stay. The kids bed was ok and quite decent for Asia. The restaurant had a big selection of meals and drinks and breakfast was adequate. It wasn't a 5 star hotel, but the value for money was incredible, our stay was fabulous, the kids totally loved it, and I definitely recommend it - especially the Villa for families. They even set up a desk for my husband to work in his own private space on the top floor! 10/10 from all of us. Siem Reap comments: The zip line was fantastic - highly recommended The ceramics class was a favourite for my kids The elephant tour was really special (but expensive) Dinner by the river was the best. $2 for a huge choice of meals and $1 for a fruit smoothie. Cambodian food is awesome. Asian food without the spice - love it ❤️

My only suggestion for improvement would be to send a copy of the restaurant menu and spa menu to guests upon arrival. They had everything online on a tablet, which was fine - but if I had known how cheap the massages were, we would have had one every day. As it was, we kept forgetting to ask for the details and so only had 1 on each of our last 3 days. They were incredible. I highly recommend the Khmer massage - it was awesome and at US$11 for 60 minutes and $14 for 90 minutes was the best value ever. My husband said his 4 hands massage was a highlight of his trip 😊

I loved everything about this hotel. The service is definitely 5 stars - everyone knows you by name, they greet you with cold towels and tea each time you arrive, they’re very friendly and go above and beyond. I felt like everyone took great care of me. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area is always kept clean and it’s very nice. The room is spacious with good air conditioning and good shower. The room was also very clean. It’s only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to Pub Street so it’s in a good location. Everything about this hotel is perfect!

There wasn’t anything I disliked.

Mr Thea and his team here at Bliss are amazing! Every staff member goes out of their way to be polite, courteous, respectful and help in any way needed. Beautiful rooms overlooking the pool, and beautiful inground pool in the centre of the hotel courtyard. Great food at the restaurant and great hospitality staff. Massages also available. I loved my week, and extended for an extra 5 days. Thanks Team Bliss - it’s been a wonderful holiday in Siem Reap.

Elegant decor, clean, modern, well maintained, beautiful pool, nice lounge chairs with towels at the ready, outstanding chef - the food here was excellent, much better than ever expected for a small boutique hotel, staff super friendly and attentive, spacious room with pool access

The beautiful stone tub was not able to be used for a proper soak - only hot water enough to fill 1/4 way unfortunately. Noise - there are lots of dogs nearby that howl at night, and the nearby Wat Bo temple has prayers or similar.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s an absolute bargain for the price. New, clean hotel and rooms. Great pool, great location, easily walkable to the main restaurant areas or plenty of tuk tuks available. They picked us up and dropped us off for free at the bus terminal. Arranged all our Angkor Wat and temple tours with our amazing tuk tuk driver Lee. Every single time you arrive back at the hotel they give you a cold towel and a drink. The staff are wonderful. So glad we chose to stay here.
