Location had easy access to the airport.

We selected the hotel due to having a 24/7 airport shuttle. However, when we arrived and called the hotel, no one answered the phone. After continuing to call for 10-15 minutes, with no response, we ended up just Ubering to the hotel.

Good, modern and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Close to the airport with own free shuttle service. I dropped in accidentally with no reservation but was very much welcomed by the front desk Ms Alona, who offered me a free drink and advised me about the situation. The hotel reportedly had no rooms available but fortunately I could book a room through Booking.com. All staf were very friendly. The hotel has no own restaurant for breakfast etc but adjacent and through an internal door you can reach the nice Italian restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

After travelling from Queretero, Mexico to Houston to Calgary I truly appreciated the airport shuttle, the. 'sleeping on a cloud' bed and the breakfast options in the restaurante the next morning. The staff was exceptional and I love the purple stylus touchscreen pen they gifted me with. Muchas gracias, Acclaim!

There was no one available to bring my luggage to and from my room. Fortunately there was a luggage trolley when I was checking out.

Perfect location for the airport, but with more reasonable prices. Reception staff were really helpful, and the shuttle bus was very easy to book to get us to the airport and back. Room was spotless, and the queen room was very well equipped, with a mini kitchen. Thankyou, would not hesitate booking again.

Nothing about the hotel whatsoever, lthough the restaurant attached was on the pricey side and almost everything had onion in the food.

good airport transfer. communication, timeliness, the driver who picked us was polite, courteous and efficient. room was spacious. we stayed only for a night so it was okay, any longer would have been inconvenient. restaurant was pricey but good meals. fresh, tasty, good portions. extra points for the free bread bar very well stocked with different types of breads and spreads.

when we reached around 12 noon we were told (male receptionist) house staff was finishing up cleaning and the room would be available in 30 mins. so we waited in the lounge and decided to freshen up before grabbing lunch from the hotel restaurant. when we went back to the checkin desk after 40 mins of lounging in the waiting area, we were told (female receptionist) that since check in is at 3pm, rooms wouldn't be available any sooner. another family waiting had the same experience. guess the male receptionist spoke out of turn. any how we then headed to lunch around 1pm and came back for check in around 2:30pm the windows in the room cannot be opened. got bit suffocating given the July heat despite having aircon on.

Huge room was a great place to relax! We appreciated things like the full-length mirror (helpful when getting ready for a wedding), make-up desk/mirror, a separate living area with comfy couch and table and chairs, and a large deck to sit and watch planes take off and land. The room was very quiet even with the close proximity to the airport. The connected restaurant offers delicious food and a wonderful bread bar!

The beds were fairly uncomfortable, although there was a good supply of pillows. Although it was a very large room, it lacked some of the things that would make it feel homier - e.g. cushions on the couch, two bathrobes (we had one).

Good option near the airport of Calgary (less than 5 min by car). Excellent the free transfer service provided from and to the airport. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Check-in procedure not very smooth, we arrived late in the night with other 15-20 guests (all on the same airport shuttle) and the process took more than 30 mins to clear the queue.

I usually stay here when I travel, beds are comfortable and place is clean

shuttle was overbooked so had to leave a couple of hours earlier to get a ride, meaning I only used the room for about 3 hrs, could have stayed airport and saved some money. front desk person was not as friendly as the people we’ve had before, but was better the next time I talked to him. i think if I was using this hotel again I would phone to see if they had to draw shuttle driver‘s auto service before I booked here again

Very good amenities and comfortable

Shuttle airport van mixup since their is a sister hotel also called Clique hotel and got picked up by the wrong shuttle van so the driver ended up driving an extra 10 minutes out of his way to drive us to the correct hotel. A complimentary light breakfast would be a nice amenity to offer in the future.

It was a fantastic, neat, and professionally kept place. there were shuttle buses to the airport which was an added bonus for us. the tv was good and had some entertainment, unlike some generic hotels for the same price.

It only lacked a fridge to keep some of our food items cold, usually found at hotels. We did try to go to the swimming pool/ deck at 6 am but was closed. It would have been great if it was open but can understand why it would not be open 24hrs.
