Only there for about 5 hours due to delayed flights out of Winnipeg. Just thankful to get a good bed for a few hours sleep. Did you offer a complementary breakfast ? If you did we didn’t realize that but it didn’t matter as we had to leave early to catch out next flight. Edsel the shuttle driver was very good. And the person at the desk was very patient . We got lost in the airport and she had to send the shuttle twice.

Well, I didn’t realize I needed to pay an extra $50 when we got to the hotel. I thought I had already prepaid everything. So that could have been made clear. Unless you did make it clear and I missed reading it because I was so tired.

The corner room offered TONS of natural light. Room was well appointed with fridge, coffee maker, ironing board & iron, comfortable desk and a small table with chairs (perfect for one on one meetings). Spacious dual wardrobe closets were nice for keeping things organized and the bench and mirror at the entry, perfect for heading out.

The location is awkward. Trying to get to restaurants or a store to pick up items, is no easy task as you end up touring half of NE Calgary to get in and out of this area. If you have your own vehicle and Google maps, no problem. But if you have to cab it back and forth, you'll probably feel like you're paying a premium for something you can see from the room.

The location was in a quiet place which we loved! THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS THE 24hrs swimming pool area, which made my spouse very happy!! The room was cozyy, perfect for two people, thank goodness AC was working perfectly. We slept soo well!! :) Despite this being close to the airport, we really didn't mind at all, I thought it will be loud being that near, but it wasnt. I also like that there's microwave inside the room, thats what I always look for. The bathroom was really nice! The big mirror and counter/sink space was perfect! My spouse and I had room for all our staff. I also like the small area when you enter. Also a bonus is bathroom robes. Alsoo the ice/vending machine on our floor, I am so thankful it is theree. We will definitely stay here again.

One thing we didnt like was just the pillows. it was very very soft. but not complaining too much since we slept well. Thank you!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they let us check in to our room a couple of hours early, helped us book another night stay super last minute when our travel plans changed and set us up with a free late check out on our last morning which was appreciated. The free airport shuttle is great too. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was huge and so comfortable. They also have a nespresso machine and pods in the room. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub but it was great that it was available 24/7. They also have guest laundry facilities for a very small fee which was very handy for traveling as well as water stations on each floor. The restaurant was also good value and the breakfast and dinner was really good! We really enjoyed our stay and thought it was great value for money really close to Calgary airport.

When our evening flight arrived we called Hotel 11 for their free shuttle service. It arrived in less than 10 mins. We were also able to catch a ride back to airport next morning to catch the bus into downtown as we had a few hours to kill before our flight out of Calgary late that day. The Hotel stored our luggage until we needed to return to airport. Hotel 11 also provided a great breakfast and dinner menu at their on-site restaurant. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and our room was very clean and comfortable. There is a large carpark for those guests with own transport.

Location is very handy to airport, but no buses to downtown come that far. Have to rely on taxi (expensive) or hotel shuttle once an hour.

The location was perfect as we had to stay dye to a flight cancelation. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which we took back to tge Airport after our stay.

When I called to see if my booking went through, Kathleen at the front desk was kinda rude. Because I booked on Bookings.com she assumed she could not help me instead of just checking under my name first? After I asked her she was able to give me the info I requested,but I thought that was not good customer service. Obviously they have lots of people staying due to delayed and canceled flights.

This property has been one of the very few times in our last two years of full-time travel where our expectations were exceeded. Every little detail in the room was taken care of, and the bed (a king) was one of the most comfortable we've slept in. And we've slept in many different beds in the last two years! Front-desk staff were pleasant and professional, as were the servers in the restaurant. Even the shuttle driver has to commended for his professionalism and care. The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have stayed longer.

The shuttle to and from the airport drivers were very friendly and helpful. We forgot an item in the hotel room when we were at the airport for our flight and I called the hotel and asked them if they could go to the room and get it & put it on the next shuttle to the airport and without hesitation the employee I spoke with was so helpful & friendly that our item was returned to us within 15 minutes of my call. Check IN and OUT was easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly smiling and so helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. THANK YOU !

One of the very few structures in the whole world that I found, regardless of the number of stars, whose (indoors) swimming pool is open 24 hours!! At last!! What do hotels think, that their swimming pools will be used between 2 and 3 pm? between 5 and 6 pm? Lots of people staying at hotels will spend only the late evening and of course the night itself in the structure — so, I’ve always find ridiculous that swimming pools would close at 9 pm or something similar. I often get to hotels after dinner or at the end of a trip, and I check in later than the pools closing time. So, at last an hotel that understands this need and keeps its swimming pool open all night.
