Went to the desk twice at the outset but staff were very attentive. (Heating too low and noisy neighbour) Easy access to shuttle upon leaving hotel. Driver very friendly and helpful.

Poor instructions at airport as to how to get shuttle and where. Phone numbers were busy. No seating or shelter provided for passengers waiting. Same from hotel to airport. Just a suggestion but staff could ask patrons when checking in/out if they need the shuttle and how to get it.

Easy access to area to walk dog. Restaurants nearby. Quick trip to airport. Lovely big room.

Was only a few years old. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Had laundry facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We weren’t sure about a hotel restaurant, but decided to give it a try. It was the best meal we’d had in the last week while on vacation!! Best salmon dinner I think I’ve ever had. Came with a nice portion of well prepared veggies and such a nice variety too, never had that anywhere before. The little potatoes were also excellent and seasoned so well. My husband loved his butter chicken dish. The price was fabulous. If I lived near by, this is where I’d choose to eat out !!

This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations! The room was super spacious and it has everything you may need. It even has a fully occupied kitchen with a stove, a dishwasher, and a fridge (I didn't need them but you may). It's super clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were accommodating and nice, they offered us a free shuttle from/to the Airport. The restaurant they have on the ground floor has lovely vibes and the food was so yummy and affordable. They also have a wave pool with a tub and a small snack shop. Highly recommended!

This is one of the better kind of suburban hotels. Not super close to the airport but there is an airport shuttle and the hotel is excellent for its type. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is new and attractively decorated. Rooms have large fridge, dishwasher and a hot plate, so it would be good for a longer stay using the cooking facilities if the suburban locations works for you. There's a very good restaurant. They allow parking after departure for a small charge.

I had an early departure to the mountains by bus, and breakfast starts at 6:30. I went down at 6:20 hoping to be able to take baked goods and fruit, but wasn't allowed to although the buffet was set out. I was disappointed to miss out on breakfast. Hotels often start breakfast at 6 am or offer a packaged breakfast for those who have to leave early.

AMAZING HOTEL!!! This was a stay-cation for my husband and myself. This hotel has so many little touches to it that make a person feel right at home! We stayed in the pet friendly suites and we were blown away with all the little details. The room was in a different section of the hotel so we didn't have to worry about our two Siberian Huskies bothering anyone else or coming into contact with someone who is afraid of dogs. The room was on the ground level and had a door to take the dogs directly outside!! We have stayed in many pet friendly hotels before and this was a first for us. They also did many little things like making sure all floors in the room were tile (no carpet), garbage cans were in cupboards, etc. I also SERIOUSLY appreciated that the room we stayed was, very clearly, actually dog friendly. Most of the furniture had (extremely minor) imperfections on it, the walls had some bumps, and you could see some minor dog claw marks in the flooring-which is in line with what people are looking for when they bring their furry friends to a place that isn't their own house. Our dogs are extremely well behaved, but at the end of the day I always worry about them causing some minor accidental damage when we stay in hotel rooms. The small imperfections were not overly noticeable, but were enough to calm my nerves about my dogs bumping something the wrong way. There was also a dog in the room next to us that was barking and the walls were nearly soundproof-we only knew the dog was barking when we went into the hallway. Everything else about the room was also perfect. It was extremely clean, came with a full kitchen (including cookware, plates, cutlery, culinary knives, cutting boards, etc), was stocked with nice products, had an amazingly comfy king bed, and was very spacious. The pool, hot tub, and gym were also great. We may make this a permanent destination we go back and visit!

The shower head didn't have a lot of pressure-but this was the only thing I could possibly comment on, as the entire stay was amazing.

I had a room on the first floor. The ceiling height was at least 12 feet...which made the room feel so much better! The kitchenette was terrific and stocked with what you need for your stay. Beds and pillows were great! It even had the best hotel coffee I've ever had! I didn't have a chance to use the pool/hot tub...but wished I had. Great location and overall a fab hotel experience!

There was a step up into the shower and the shower insert was really slippery so I felt uncomfortable stepping in. Solved it by throwing down a hand towel and it worked for gripping. :)

The room was well appointed; with a Kitchenette, large bathroom/stand up shower, newer (King) bed, and a desk I could work at. It was a nice change from other hotels that are in close proximity to the YYC airport. The hotel is close to some great food options, but be aware most close quite early, 7-8pm, as it is more of a residential community. I ate at the hotel restaurant and the prices are fair and the food was good. I’ll be returning on my next time I fly through.

The airport shuttle is not 24/7, believe it starts at 7:00am but knowing now that it’s a $20 Uber fare I would likely just eat the cost instead of cutting my check in so tight for a 8am flight.

The staff was awesome. They really took the stress off me after a dumpster fire that WestJet had put me through with delays and layovers. The shuttle was quick and easy to figure out. They allowed me to check in early after 24 hours of no sleep dealing with flight delays which was huge. The front desk staff was awesome. I didn’t catch any names but everyone I met was amazing. The room was so clean and a great shower. Loved the restaurant. The young lady working was quick and very kind. I’ve stayed in Calgary lots for work layovers and always switch between hotels but it’s safe to say I’ll be going back to these guys for my next trip for sure. Everything about this place was awesome. And so appreciated after the disaster my schedule turned into. They were very accommodating.

Booked through booking.com with breakfast included. Second night went to have breakfast was turned away by staff in breakfast room denied entrance and told to go clear it with the front desk. Front desk lady said breakfast wasn’t included with my stay. Brought up the reservation that said it was. She pointed to the breakfast room and told me reluctantly just go partake of the breakfast. I’ve stayed at this property many times and never was interrogated that way ever. I checked out without breakfast.
