The valets were kind and quick and very helpful. It was so nice the front desk helped me with a room upgrade because my brother joined me last minute c, the location was amazing with good food and close to the venue I was going to

The snacks available on floor 2 were much more expensive than expected. The elevators were kind of slow, maybe 2 isn't enough and a third would be helpful. The TV was a bit difficult to figure out how to connect accounts for YouTube and Netflix

Good room, comfortable bed, laundry facilities was very helpful as we were on long holiday and were able to wash our clothes. Good breakfast, girls were very helpful, especially when items of food were not there they went and filled up very quickly. Thank you girls. We had a walk of about 10 to 15 minutes to get to Stampede Park.

Only thing which we didn't like was the coach people hogged all breakfast tables to wait for their coach to arrive, they had finished eating and it was sometimes a problem finding a seat to eat hot breakfast, by time you found chair breakfast cold 🙁

The location is great for downtown Calgary, plenty of restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast was good, including eggs, bacon etc, and also fruits, cereals, breads and yogurts. The staff were friendly. Clean and comfortable room. Valet service was good, the car was ready for when we asked. Good value.

We had a car, but really, the only place to park was using the valet service, which was a little pricey.

Everything! Location, great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. A great experience. Best lodging of our 10 day trip to Canada. Valet was exceptional.

We spent about 20 minutes trying to get our boarding passes printed on your computer but it would only save to PDF. The desk attendant told us we could email the information to her and she would print them but that wasn't an option either.

Nice, clean, (though slightly dated) hotel, well located with friendly staff. Breakfast spread was good. Great spot for buses and a short walk into central Calgary for more restaurants, shops and rail transit. Good location for walking around Downtown Calgary.

A better supply of coffee pods or filters in the room which actually fitted in the machine that was supplied would be good. Replenishment of coffee/creamer should be daily. A better selection of TV programmes would be nice as well.

excellent location downtown close to tower, shopping, bars and restaurants. we were so impressed with how clean and well run this hotel is and the breakfast is very good two hot options (bacon & eggs or sausage & omelette) fruit, cereal, porridge, cake, waffles, and hot & cold beverages. what really makes this hotel special are the amazing staff, they truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome they all work incredibly hard and nothing is too much trouble (thank you Larry for helping me with my laptop !) will be recommending this hotel every time fantastic gem of a hotel !

nothing to dislike

The staff and security at this location are outstanding. Always welcoming, helpful & polite from the first day to the last. The breakfast options are almost endless. Brand Name Shower product options. Gym was great and super clean. Location was amazing for so many reasons. I loved it. The latin restaurant next door was always packed with fun people and the cuisine was impeccable.

I loved the breakfast but even if you get there @ 6am sharp, breakfast is served luke warm and was easily cold by the time I got to my suite. Also many times the bacon had to be re-heated so the pork could reach a safe consumable level. Thankfully there is a microwave in suite. I loved the breakfast but the fruit options were rarely ripe. My suite had a great coffee machine but no tea options. There is tea bag options in the breakfast lounge. Size of the room for the price was a bit off. My room was very small but I paid around $150 a night

Room was clean, it wasn't noisy (I couldn't hear anybody in any other rooms near me), and staff was very informative and friendly. Valet is a huge bonus for someone like me who doesn't want to look for parking in any downtown area. Love that coffee was available early in the morning.

It would have been awesome if breakfast started at 6am rather than later. That's my only complaint.

I love their tv channels help a lot with my 2 year old son.

As soon as we checked in on July 27th in the morning. The front Desk lady was very very nice. She is the best worker to all I’ve been on a hotels.

All staff are always so friendly and helpful

I wish the thicker blinds would cover the whole window. Stayed in a room facing the street and had to clip the blinds closed as the street lights were fairly bright. Not a huge issue as I've had to do it every stay but would be nice if I could close the blinds for darkness at late night/early morning.
