We loved the location, we had a corner room with an amazing view. Staff were wonderful. Our room was appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Underground parking was great. What we received for the price was definitely value. We will return to this location for sure. It's really close to a train line so I'll be keeping that in mind if we're in town for an event or anything, would be easy to access transportation to a show or game.

The room service was a little overpriced for what you received but not the worst we've seen. Base prices were reasonable but the automatic 18% gratuity and charge to bring to room both on top of the price was unnecessary. The bed was SUPER squeaky lol. We didn't really care but it was loud just when you breathed or switched positions while sleeping.

It's amazing hotel ..loved the location. Front reception were amazing and the bartender in lounge was the sweetest ever..rooms were so clean and comfortable

I do have 1 thing I did not like and that was the breakfast we paid over 18 a person and the food was definitely not up to a hiltons standard at all..the food would be what you find at super 8 with out paying over 18 ..the eggs tasted like power eggs, sausages over cooked , waffles dry , hasbrowns were patties that you find in your local cheap store frozen and they were so oily , the only vegan option that I found in hot food were unappitising black beans. And we were there to eat around 8 30 am ..with a timmies right next door and with the hilton name you expect a little better when paying 18.95 a person

The location is really good, close to the very free zone train. I only need to walk for a few minutes in the cold weather. I like how much the light comes through the window, and the window shade also works really well to keep the room dark in the morning. The room layout design is perfect too. A closet close to the door, and a desk near the window which is good for me to work.

In general I don't have too many complaints. The only one is the cleaning service did the cleaning at a weird time like sometime around the afternoon, so I didn't get a full cleaning service while I stayed. But I still got the new towels, trash bags and stuff.

The room was great. The service was excellent. The staff are very helpful and polite. The location is very close to the train so it was very convenient especially when traveling to the convention center.

I had only two issues. 1. I could hear the sound of the train which runs regularly from my room. 2. The air conditioning is a bit loud so when it would start and stop I could hear it and sometimes I would wake up from the sound. But overall I was happy with the room.

staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. lobby and other public areas are clean. Kitchen service was excellant.

curious you advertise underground parking at $25 + + taxes and both my stay on the 22/23 and 28/29 I was charged $35 + taxes. I was informed of this when I checked in it would be $35 + taxes to oark underground and I was okay with the price. Just curious about the price advertised as opposed to the actual price!!

The receptionists, bartenders and other staff are good at their jobs, very polite and friendly. The room was very clean and the bedding very comfortable. The rooms were great.

We went for Country Thunder which meant everywhere was very busy and there was only one working elevator the entire time which wasn't anyone's fault just very inconvenient. The parking was horrible, they don't have enough underground parking for guests and we had to drive around for an hour before we could find a spot then we had to pay for parking all weekend which was also a headache.

I like its location and the service was great. When we entered our reserved room it smells cigarette but when we brought it up to the staff she immediately offered a room transfer which is great.

We have breakfast included but it was disappointing. We had to wait for a while for the food to be served. My husband did not get to eat a hot breakfast because he has an appointment. We got there early but still waited for the food. The serving crew did their best to serve what ever the can, the food did not come out fast enough. Its better to have a buffet style breakfast

The room is so clean. So cozy, everything is new. The location is close to US embassy where we just went there 5 minutes walk. When the Front Desk Staff asked me what is my preferred room. I said, best view. So, they put as where we could see the Calgary Tower. Also, I ordered in room service for my daughter that they don't have in the menu but they gladly made it for her. All of the staffs there from front desk, in the restaurant, Room Attendant they are so warm. They greeted every clients with a warm smile. Easy to park as well. Walking distance to Real Canadian, Calgary Tower, Restaurants to explore. Overall, we are very much happy in our stay in Hilton Garden Inn.

We prefer that hotel to be able to swim and every time we tried to go swimming it was occupied by small children, which made it very uncomfortable for us to be able to swim. They should establish a schedule for adults and another for children. The room had zero privacy; we heard other people talking and very pleasant noises from our room.

The hotel was really amazing. The room was very spacious and the hotel is located in the heart of downtown with a lot of accessibility to all areas. Of course, it was clean and the staff were really amazing. The spa and pool were fair.

The breakfast was fair but no variety at all. Each day included the same dishes and the protein was only pork and sausage.
