The room size was the best thing about this stay (although it was also a short stay). My goodness, it was huge. We were a group of three people and didn't have to spend a night claustrophobic. All the basic amenities were there. It made us feel like we were living in a studio flat, the hotel's plus. After a long, tiring outdoor adventure in Drumheller, I think it was the perfect spot for the location. The breakfast was ok. In terms of the room, the bedding was good. I like that the lavatory and the pressure in the shower were enormous! I liked the morning staff.

Okay, there is nothing significant to dislike except for the fact that breakfast could have been slightly better. This really matters to me in every hotel I choose to go to. If you keep one-day hash browns and the other day beans, it's not happening. I like hash browns and beans together. So, a negative point there only. As for the rest, I believe it was okay. We didn't have many issues with the parking either.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality and value of this hotel. The rooms are clean and the bedding super comfortable, the pool, and especially the water slide, were super fun for our family, and the hot breakfast buffet in the morning was plentiful and delicious. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were accommodating and kind. The shuttle was unavailable when we arrived at the airport, so the staff advised us to take a taxi and obtain a voucher for the driver on arrival at the hotel, which was very convenient! The scheduled airport shuttle on check out was prompt and efficient. This is a perfect hotel if you need a short stay close to the airport in Calgary!

My only complaint are the disposable plastic cups wrapped in plastic in the hotel rooms. Very wasteful.

The check in staff was incredible, quick and efficient. The room was clean for the most part. Bed was comfortable and the TV was a good size! The breakfast was all good food. Coffee was good. The gophers in the side grass part were cool to watch while we ate.

The shower glass was dirty, there was a few hairs left. The jet tub needs instructions so people know that the dial on the wall is for that. Also the Cold water knob leaks (badly). Couldn't connect my prime or anything to the TV even though it said it had the options (which was fine, we watched the cooking channel but would have been nice)

Waterslide, airport shuttle, kind workers at reception and accommodation even while checkin in late from the airport !

Scrabble eggs in the Breakfast tasted nothing and strange like they were not real eggs. No orange Juice Bit the rest of the breakfast buffet was good. Fresh yogourt, bagels with cheese were appreciate

The rooms were very clean and updated. The pool was amazing! There was a huge selection for the breakfast buffet, unfortunately we made it right for the very end (our fault not theirs, I misread the times) so the kids got sugar cereal and fruit but the spread looked like it would've been amazing, eggs, pancakes, the works!

The parking lot was horrendous, there wasn't enough spots and all the spaces were so tight and crowded, you could hardly maneuver around. There wasn't really anything close by for food options, but you could find a few within a 5 minute drive so not too bad!

Convenient, very clean, comfortable beds, staff is excellent, coffee is hot, fridge in room, lots of pillows, plenty of parking, air con is a bonus, rooms are a nice size.

Noisy kids. Front desk spoke with them, no change. Or the hotel fault. Breakfast was cold and dry. No mirror with plug in close enough to use to do my hair. Seems minor, but it was seriously inconvenient.

We liked the ambiance (decor, lighting). The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices, fresh fruit, good coffee and choices for kids. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The temperature of both the pool (very cold) and the spa/hot tub (not hot enough) made swimming a bit disappointing, but we still went!

This will be my go to hotel for travel in and out of YYC Airport. Very clean throughout and very courteous staff. Also the location to the airport was good.

The fact that they don't have a dedicated shuttle from airport is something they could change. They have you take a taxi and they give a voucher to the taxi for payment which caused us to have a horrible experience with the driver. Not the hotels fault.

The king rooms with spa tub. Very clean and modern. Pool is warm and great for a swim. Breakfast is yummy, lots of selection.

We stayed here in early Dec and got room 101 which is basically a suite. We booked the same thing "king room with spa tub" this week and got room 105. It's tiny and the doors and walls are water damaged badly from messy bathtubers. We paid $5 more. Kinda disappointed we didn't get the same room, as we thought that was THE room. Also the heat didn't work from the wall panel, and the staff had to bust open the old school dials on the wall unit so we could get heat.

A very large family suite with a mini kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave. A generous breakfast, my kids loved the pancake machine! Nice pool with a water slide my kids enjoyed. A free shuttle to and from the airport through the taxi rank in the airport. 10 min drive from big outlet mall CrossIron mills which has fantastic shopping. ⁶
