April and staff were incredibly kind and perfectly descriptive as to where to go in the airport to get the shuttle for the hotel. We were given the confirmation to go to the sister pool as theirs was being reno’d. I had to wait a couple hours for our (out of province) shuttle home and they kindly and generously allowed us to stay at the pool so it would be easier to entertain the little one while we waited. One of the best all ages breakfast we have ever had and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was excellent !!

The room coffee lids didn’t fit the to go coffee cups. Literally that is the only “negative” (positive criticism) I can say.

Very neat lobby and nice rooms with a lot of light. Very clean. Good WiFi.

Everything was great except for the attitude of one of the staff members. We were handed a voucher for a free drink and came in too late (we heard 9pm but it ends at 7pm). We asked the reception if there are still free drinks available, and the receptionist passive-aggressively told us "what does it say on your voucher?", instead of just telling us "no, sorry, it ends at 7". We really don't appreciate this kind of attitude. Otherwise it was excellent, and the rest of the staff was very kind.

I love that the manager JD was super accommodating to me and my 3 year old son, JD went above and beyond. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I loved that it was a welcoming, very clean family setting, especially for Christmas eve/day. The breakfast was top notch and the room was beautiful and the perfect set up. Thank you all so very much.

I didn't like that our stay wasn't longer. I will definitely be staying at Element again, should the occasion arise. I would recommend Element to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable, clean, friendly and beautiful environment to stay.

The room with kitchen and the free breakfast was amazing! They had different specials each day and were flexible to make minor customizations. Loved having the filtered water tap right in the room. There was a couch and the TV swiveled so you could easily watch from any comfy spot in the room.

It was all great - only complaint is that we always missed the happy hour with free beverages so I wish that timeframe was extended or pushed back!

Breakfast staff wonderful . Front end staff openly discussing problems with customers and fellow staff members at check in.in my opinion unprofessional. Ex I don’t want to hear how a member of a church made in room purchase without credit card. Or how fellow staff member authorized it using his discretion for checkout personnel could then handle it .I’m there for a break time and place for discussion not in front of clients.

Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities and layout of room .several items from kitchen were missing

I loved the breakfast buffet and how they made sure to create one on the spot item that was different each day such as French toast or croissant BLT’s. I liked how friendly the staff was and always willing to help. I liked the size of the suite in relation to the price as well.

It would have been nice to be provided robes or slippers to help with going to the pool/hottub and a more easy to find location for Ubers.

The staff are excellent! Especially who picked me up from the airport to hotel! He gave me great first impression to this city! Love to visit the city again and meet with the genuine staff (especially the receptionists) , they all are polite and friendly. The spacious room was clean and tidy with many kitchen ware.

Hopefully the hairdryer and slippers could be provided in the room.

comfortable and excellent breakfast, staff around the 9:00pm shift time of night were excellent. kind to me and my dog.

shower hand held nozzle was in usable as it was spraying out the handle bottom not the head. - the hot and cold water were mixed up on the shower so it was freezing at the H for hot level and vice versa. - there wasn’t a lot of green space for pets to walk the dog

Great location, super friendly staffs, breakfast was awesome especially the coffee. The place is clean and comfortable. My room have a nice view and its quite.

I booked a room with a sofa bed but end up it was just a sofa no bed, a little disappointing. The breakfast area can be a little crowded, not enough tables and chairs, so don't be late.
