Overall our stay was good. I did ask for a later checkout as we were in Edmonton for a medical appointment, however we were only able to stay till noon. We had asked for 1pm. The breakfast was good. I had supper at the restaurant and it was pretty good. The hotel is very easy to drive to, which I like as I am from out of town and do not like city driving.

I didn't like the fact that they wouldn't give us a later checkout past noon. I don't think an extra hour would have made a huge difference. We were told that the cleaning staff needed to clean, however common sense would say--clean this room last!!

It was great being able to enjoy the comedy show, which was hilarious, & seamlessly Segway to enjoying the casino and beverages and then just access our hotel room without leaving. A few hours after I left and had already arrived home I recieved a phone call that I'd left my jacket in the closet and the lady on the phone knew I'd probably miss if, so she held it at the desk for me until it can be picked up. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and generous. One of the vending machines on our floor (3rd) was acting up for one of the people I traveled there with. She went down to try another machine and it wouldn't work for her either. One security guard was able to get it to work with his $ and refused payment from her in exchange. Another vending machine didn't want to spit out another friends cc and we were able to find a security guard to help. They sourced out a pair of tweezers and scissors and successfully managed to retrieve her card! Upon check in a very lovely lady assisted me, got me into my room an hour and a half early with no hesitation. After explaining the hours of operation for everything, she let me know that if I wanted a later check out that I could simply call down and request it. The rooms were clean and well enough equipped.

I arrived expecting a fitness facility. I didn't research to see if it had, so that was definitely my own fault. I just assumed. We were going to stay there regardless of extra facilities. I do wish that there were more coffee options In the room. We had 4 adults and there really wasn't enough caffinated coffee. We could have called for more, but had plans to go for breakfast after Check out Same with towels for showers. There was only 3 available, but we made it work. It really was a lovely stay.

The hotel casino has two levels of underground parking. It was -30C celsius, so it was great to not have to be exposed to the cold. This undergound parking structure is 8 Celsius. This parking structure is not that cold during the normal part of the year. It will allow for your car to defrost from the snow. We Got the Suite. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It does have a very nice hot tub. It had televisions in each room. The suite could actually sleep 4 people. The couch in the first room folds out into a small bed 2. The suite was very well decorated. The master bathroom did have a blow dryer there. The master bathroom includes a shower. The guest bathroom includes a sink in a shower. It has good room security because you have to use your hotel card key to use the elevator.

The master bedroom was not well heated and the thermostat you couldn't adjust. I will let the hotel staff know about this. I do not think this is a norm. The other bedroom was nice and warm.

Overall the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant had nightly specials which were good value for the price and the food was very good. The facility is close to where we needed to be and the price of the room and services are great.

Everything was good and really didn't have a problem with anything - especially for the price of the rooms. Feel there was good value in the stay and therefore could not complain about anything. Thanks

The suite was large with large bathrooms and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The area was surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street and close to tracks. Employees were very helpful and pleasant.

Had to have our room keys fixed every day which was a bit of an inconvenience. Just a comment more than a dislike...there was a beautiful large "spa" tub in the suite and when I booked the room I assumed it was a jetted tub but when we went to use it, there were no jets... just a regular tub. I just thought something that large and nice would be jetted so I was a bit sad about that.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Century Hotel and Casino. It is an approximate 20 minute drive to the Edmonton mall. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at the sports bar several times and the food was great! Had lots of fun in the casino. We will definitely be back!

The area around the hotel is industrial but it is an easy drive to shopping.

Easy to get to, room was clean and included all amenities as listed and quiet.

We were hoping to have a nice steak dinner in the restaurant (rib steak, T-bone steak, etc) with baked potato and whatnot. Unfortunately we were only able to have a steak sandwich with fries. The meal was still well prepared and tasted very good. But we were still a bit disappointed.

Hotel was close to the people we were visiting and is close to all amenities! Food was very good and the pricing was reasonable! The staff are very friendly. We have stayed there before and will stay again the next time we go to Edmonton! It is great to have the casino on site, lots of fun!

It would have been better if we had a big win at the casino! 😂

The size of the rooms and the jacuzzi bathroom.

The restaurant was busy and had slow service. Not because they weren't running their butts off, there were just too few of them for the crowd. By the time we got our food, it was cold. Also - Breakfast availability. I tried to arrange to have room service ordered up for breakfast prior when I had to leave for work and was told they don't do breakfast until 9 am. This was inconvenient as I had to leave earlier and find a drive-through on my way.

Clean room, customer service very friendly and helpful. I would recommend family and friends.

Only had 2 cups for coffee and only had pods of tea. Had to ask for coffee pods and sugar. They only had the breakfast blend instead of the medium roast. Breakfast should of been included especially when people already donated their money in the casino itself.
