Easy check in; room meets expectation. We travelled to Jasper but decided to drive another hour to live here because hotel rooms are much more affordable here. The view along the drive was fantastic.

The location was great, with it being located right off the highway and nestled between everything you need. Staff was very friendly and the check-in process went very well. Despite being close to the highway we didn't hear much if any highway traffic. The interior of the room was clean and well maintained, but it is dated. However, we slept really well as both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable.

The access to the Inn was blocked by road construction, which was no fault of the Inn Staff. The Road Crew were very accommodating though, and the construction noise stopped by 8pm and didn't start until after 8am the following day.

The room was recently renovated with laminate floor (not carpet) and was very clean. The room has a desk, a small round table with 2 chairs, a small TV, larger-size fridge, a microwave and coffee maker,

There were no hangers, but this was not a major problem to us.

The staff - a hotel is a building, a room are four walls... but it is the staff that makes this property a great place to where to stay. Anytime we are in the area, this is the location where we will always be.

Person at reception was nice, beds were very comfortable, clean place. Overall a pretty good place. We stayed for two nights: when we came back at the end of the second day, room service had been done with bed mades, change of towels and garbage emptied.

Unfortunately had a lot of noise from either upstairs or room next door with what sounded like children running around. No breakfast. Found it expensive for a motel.

The mattress was fairly new and comfortable. The price was super. We only needed a clean comfortable place to sleep and this was it. We didn't need any extras

beds were very comfortable laminate flooring, no rugs. quiet room. Lady at registration was very pleasant.

Not enough parking

A really nice facility. Beds were ample and comfortable. I liked the layout and enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt the price was reasonable. A good place to stay while traveling the parks. Just an hour to Jasper and Maligne Canyon. Right next to Smitty's, which was a good restaurant as well. Would certainly return.

It was a dark room as it had no light on the desk. The desk was high enough to put my long legs under it. I didn't have to use the desk but would have asked for a light if I had needed to.

Staff were over and above in their customer service. If for no other reason we'll stay here again. Rooms, although dated, were clean and well stocked.

Leave heat on - even in the summer. We had a little guy with us and he needed a bit more warmth. Then, to be fair, the staff immediately brought us a good space heater to keep him warm.

It was clean. We arrived late, and someone was waiting for us. Check-in was quick

The only drawback is the parking lot was full of work trucks that took up more room than was needed so we parked on the street quite away from the Inn.
