It was convenient to shopping and walking distance to restaurants.

Entrance to parking lot was hard to get into. Also getting out onto the main road was a bit worrisome, when traffic was busy.

The room was quiet, accessible, and the basics were provided. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. The fridge worked and ready to use ie. cold. I don't think breakfast was provided so I wasn't paying for something I didn't need Having a chair that was comfortable to sit and read in - but only one in a 2 person room. There were two other very basic chairs

The room was clean but a little effort to have pillows nicely arranged would have helped make the room a little less stark. Only coffee was provided. No tea bag.

Our arrival time was late evenin yet they stayed up until we got there & gave us a nice, big, clean, comfortable, quiet room... the bed was so comfortable you could feel yourself melt into & become one w/the mattress... the jacuzzi suite was fabulous... the jets all worked... there was ample hot water... the staff is friendly...

It may be silly but don't care to much for how steep the driveway is... especially in icy conditions...

The location was excellent, and there were enough beds for everyone. Staff was friendly and the room was a decent price for what you got.

The entrance to the parking lot is somewhat hidden and it is a tight turn to get up the slight incline to the lot/motel. The room we had was obviously older, and could use some updating to make it more appealing (there was lots of peeling wallpaper and drywall patches around the light fixture above the sink, and the carpet was stained and faded), but it was good for one night.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating with our requests for help with the television (turning it on, switching to cable from streaming). The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. It had a urine smell. Vacuuming of the room was substandard. Found stir sticks and used tissue alongside the bed. There could be more sugar and cream for the coffee. Entrance to the motel was a bit tricky and easily missed.

Staff were very helpful and the room was well equipped and nicely furnished. Bathrooms are huge! Third floor balcony provided fantastic views to the river and city. On site laundromat was a nice feature.

I had to plug in the TV and the AC plug stopped working so plugged it into the next plug. Fortunately, the AC chord was long enough to reach the next plug. Almost reached 40C that day so it was hot outside but cool inside!

Great location, affordable. Quiet, and quaint little family operated business. Accommodating. Recommend if needing a place to stay over for few nights

Rooms need updating, especially when charging $300.00 deposit, and the wallpaper is peeling etc. Although looks like owners are slowly renovating

We had a very faint smell of smoke in our room and the receptionist upgraded us to a deluxe suite. It was wonderful. We had a full fridge, a kitchen and a large spacious room. It was very kind of him to do that for us.

Nothings. Our stay was very enjoyable.

There was a breakfast? I was not aware 😞

Floor on our room was in dis-repair. Carpet is gross. Window very dirty and needs a screen. We had difficultly finding motel because it doesn’t have a sign that says ALPINE MOTEL only says MOTEL.

Prompt service and staff is willing to help you out. Big rooms and all the expected amenities are there.

Rooms need some upkeep, Like ceiling fan missing blade and wireless light switch didn't work in bathroom so had to use switch by shower. Whole facet was loose too. But these are all minor points in my opinion
