The room was a reasonable size. Useful to have a fridge as we had brought some of our own food. Parking was free and convenient.

TV did not work initially. technician found that it had been disconnected and took quite some time to fix it. This should have noted and dealt with when the room made up after the previous guest left. Breakfast was very basic. The only fruit provided was apples and there was very little choice of breads.

2 adults & 2 children. Stayed 3 nights in room 305, which was on the third floor with city view. The room appeared to be newly renovated. It was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The TV was adequate with newer cable box (not that crappy tv guide channel that slowly scrolls the screen). There was an elevator to get us and our luggage to the 3rd floor.

The breakfast was sufficient, but it was not restocked often, if at all. For the three breakfasts that we had there, I did not see a staff member once. As such once the coffee, muffins, fruit, waffle batter, bread, bagels, etc. would run out, THAT'S ALL FOLKS!

The room was not the one we originally booked because there was some communications issue through Booking.com and we didn't see any notification of a change. The hotel put us in an equivalent room which was fine. We used the small open-air pool when we arrived. There are some shops and restaurants close by. Tip: for foreign travellers in Canada, mobile phone and data coverage are very expensive so try to use free wifi as much as possible. (If you have an iPhone you can buy an e-SIM eg from Airalo which works wekll for data).

The breakfast was a do-it-yourself affair which had a very limited range of choices. Other than that we had no adverse comments.

The staff was friendly. The pool was very nice and refreshing during the warm weather. The continental breakfast had a nice, large selection and everything was fresh and continuously stocked. There is a BBQ pool side for grilling which was very convenient. The view is so nice from the front balcony. It's our second stay here and we would stay again.

I had trouble booking online because rooms were getting booked so fast. The lady at the front desk was so patient, accommodating and kind. She took the initiative to call me and sort things out, plus show us a different room to see if it would work. She was the best front desk clerk I've come across in years. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves recognition.

The bedroom in our suite did not have an overhead light so it was hard to see inside my suitcase unless I opened the curtains or used a flashlight.

Excellent customer service and my kids loved the room we stayed for the night. And our car is parked right in front of our room.

A little dusty on the side tables and tv stand. I told the receptionist about it and she just mentioned since our room is on ground floor and facing the road dust will enter the room.

Little bag of goodies in the room (orange juice, water, trail mix etc was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff were very nice.

The room contains zero chairs so bed is only place to sit. Pillows are like all other hotels - giant marshmallows that make my neck hurt. Smell of air freshener in room was overpowering on arrival.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They prepared a very good continental breakfast. The pool was nice and clean and they provided fresh towels. It was lovely.

We had a room without carpet which needed to be swept often. We didn't have a broom in the room which would have helped.

The room was nicely organized . We enjoyed having a couch. It was also well supplied with soap and other items.

The large pillows made the bed look elegant, but we would have preferred a couple of smaller ones to sleep on. There were a couple of dog treats on the floor by the bed making us wonder how well it was cleaned.

We loved that there was a pool and it’s OPEN. Although it wasn’t heated we still enjoyed it, and they are still serving a free HOT great breakfast!!! You can actually help yourself unlike other hotels where they make you your to go bag or plate.. good selections and waffles you make yourself 😃 staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. Overall value for this property was great! We will stay here again. We travelled with two dogs and this place has the lowest pet fee $15 per night 👍🏻 and literally 2 min drive to a fenced in doggie park.
