Clean. Well appointed with own washer and dryer. Large rooms and spotlessly clean bathrooms. Staff were lovely.

Furniture was in poorer state than you would expect for the price. Dirty and stained arms on chairs and sofa and even a ripped/holey chair cushion. This was poor given price paid and as a used area on our stay, spoilt it overall for us. Outside, we only had a single chair at patio table. Attention to detail was lacking.

Where it was situated, right in the lake, excellent restaurants on site.

My only complaint was the size of the bathroom, my husband is disabled and it was extremely difficult for him to use the bathroom, and even for someone who is not disabled it is extremely tight, to get around the door and shut it. The only accessible rooms they have is with one queen bed which would not give enough room.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Loved the terry cloth robes. All of the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful during our stay.

Building where the pool is didn’t require a room key to enter. It felt so isolated in there that I didn’t feel safe using the pool alone. I imagine it feels different during the busy summer months, but we didn’t end up using any of the amenities.

Boardwalk... lights & night jazz dancing off water... lamb Kofat (meatballs) & spanakopita. Friendly staff. Lots to do on property. Thank you.

Better cleaning in pool ... inside walls of pool need to be washed & pool floor needs to be vacuumed for sand/pebbles ... morning coffee used to be cherry hill. That was better .... waterpressure in shower was low. Lots if spider webs on balcony

The room was great, overlooking the ocean and mountains. Everything was so clean, and I feel it was the best location in town! The hotel has its own little private beach, restaurants, and swimming pools. I arrived at the hotel early on check-in day, and there was a room available, so that was a plus. We stayed in the middle of February, the weather was chilly, so we couldn't really enjoy the outdoors pools or swim in any of the beaches, but we will definitely return in the summer!

The view of the harbor and beach was fantastic. There was a nice private patio with table and chairs to sit outside the townhouse. Also, a grill ( private) on the patio. The fireplace in the living room was so nice.

People continues to park in front of my unit and it made it very hard to get out of the garage that was attached to my townhouse. A no parking sign would solve that, easily.

Friendly staff and beautiful resort. Perfect for our family and will definitely be coming back next summer again. Really enjoyed getting to know a staff member named MJ, even our kids really looked forward to bumping into him around the resort.

Really lovely place to stay as we headed back to Vancouver. Chose a one bed suite with balcony overlooking the marina and had amazing views in both the evening & morning

Strangely whilst the suite was really large, the bathroom / with shower in bath was small in comparison. Didn’t spoil anything , just surprised

Brilliant facilities with lots to keep the whole family entertained, including mini golf, tennis and pickle ball, private beach, pools and water sports. 1 hour free boat rental was a lovely surprise on arrival! Despite being busy, quiet and calm throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Room layout with vanity outside a tiny bath. Floor: heavy feet from above. No breakfast in building but up at Eldorado. No microwave to just heat water. What is up with the stained and worn carpet in the hallways?
