The staff were all delightful and efficient and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were actually upgraded to a larger suite, which was an unexpected and lovely surprise. The suite was very spacious, the bed super comfortable with lovely linen, the bathroom was spotlessly clean with an excellent shower and the kitchen compact but equipped with all that we needed to prepare a meal. The location was very convenient, across the road from a large supermarket, quiet, yet only a couple of minutes’ drive to the waterfront. We would highly recommend staying here.

The only negative was that there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the suite and we did bring this to the management’s attention so that the issue could be addressed.

I love the pool here! There are covered tents or shade for all of the beach lounge chairs and fresh pool towels available at front desk. The washroom and toiletries were great. Had to ask the front desk for another two sets of towels to match the number of guests. The staff were always wonderful to chat with. The staff were also extremely helpful when one of my family member's car broke down in the parking lot. They supplied their collection of screwdrivers and tools for them to use in an attempt to fix up the vehicle. Other guests were lovely and gave us a hand with loading the vehicle into the dolly for us to U-Haul it home.

The room details and their business card both lists a continental breakfast but they in fact do not offer that anymore.

Great staff, clean rooms and one of the most reasonably priced places in Kelowna. Central: Good if that's where you want to be. Many shopping and dining locations within short walking distance. Rooms well maintained and clean. All furnishings in working order and modern. Spacious.

Beware: $200 is blocked on credit card in addition to legitimate room charges. Only authorization, but this credit in unavailable for about a week. Constant work going on at this property, meaning noise.. Long term residents, including families with young noisy children. Central location may be convenient but also means traffic and noise. Rooms admit a lot of light at night. Presumably a security measure, but it lights up the rooms as well as the parking area.

Staff is friendly

Attention to deep cleaning towels , tiles in shower and bathroom floor. Should have proper amount of towels per person always have to ask for more and FACECLOTHS . I have stayed here quite a few times and the last two times have been accused of having a man in my room my son was with me before and they knew that and the next time my friend (a girl) was with me and they knew that so I don’t understand that and then when I went to front desk about it they spoke in their language so I didn’t even know what they were saying, not good . Have never caused any problems anytime I have stayed here was a bit pissed off .

We love the Oasis, located on Gordon just a few blocks off hwy 97 and one block from Mill Creek. This area has many restaurants within 500m and there is a grocery store right across the street.

The only concern I had was there is no way to throttle the shower. It's on or off. A small gripe on my part and this is typical of many hotels, but no one needs a full blast of water, and it is very wasteful.

The oasis inn was conveniently located to the attractions we needed to be at! The staff was fine and the accommodations were so great for a higher group of friends or family! The rooms and entire property were very clean and comfortable. There was a rather loud family staying next to us that one of our party who slept on the pullout couch in the common area could hear very clearly but other than that it was a great place to stay we would come here again’n

The room was fairly spacious and it had all the basics of home away from home. I liked the medium sized fridge and cooking facilities, as well as kitchen cupboards and sink. The TV & radio both worked well. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to control the temperature in my room. They havea security guard over night, which helped create a safer atmosphere for travellers.

The little light on the cable box was bright and I had to block it with a small card at night. There could have been tea bags in the room, but they gave me some when I asked. One problem was that the seat of the toilet moved and came off the screwed base that fassens it to the toilet.

Close to the hospital where our appointment was. It has nice, clean outdoor space with plants. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. Affordable for our budget, saving us from having to leave our home at 4am to drive 3 hours for check in at the hospital.

No comfortable chairs, but for the price, the room was more than adequate.

The heater was quiet unlike Lakeside in Penticton ( couldn't have it on and sleep) Comfortable beds, easy parking, plug ins for cell phones, smoke detector not visible from the beds( no blinking light) coffee machine, quiet.

Have to ask the front desk for face cloths.

Room was well appointed. King size bed was comfy and had plenty of nice pillows. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Area was decent and close to a grocery store. The road was busy but it calmed down at night.

Floors were a little noisy and walls between rooms rather thin.
