Well appointed kitchenette, even had a small convection oven, kettle and teapot, as well as the usual features. Good sized unit. Great level entry to ground floor units, can park right in front of the door. Everything was clean. Very quiet.

Carpet could be replaced with laminate flooring and room needs more lighting and probably a new coat of paint. Once into the complex, the building where the rooms actually are is lovely - lots of colourful hanging baskets, trees, lawn, tidy parking lot. But the curb appeal from the road was dismal - a couple of old run down, empty buildings is what you can see.

The room was clean and simple, adequate for a night's stay before our early hike at Joffre Lakes which are 25 minutes away by car. The room has been updated with newer furniture and laminate floor.

Not much. Maybe soundproofing? I can hear my neighbour downstairs trying to plug in a phone charger at night. But for a motel with a history, things like that just can't be fixed.

A bit out of the busy side of Pemberton, but nicely situated and reachable. Cosy rooms with a nice kitchen. A lot of greenery around the motel. The friendly owners were nice and helpful. Just a good place to stay a few nights.

It all looks a bit outdated, but the owners are renovating bit by bit, so to see. And that's a good thing.

Bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. The heater worked well so we didn't have any issues staying warm. Everything was fine but don't expect anything fancy.

The TV didn't work, the walls were thin and you could hear every noise from the surrounding rooms. It's a few km outside of Pemberton and easy to miss if you aren't paying close attention while driving. I think that for what you pay it's a little cheap.

The room was large, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a small table and chairs. The air conditioning was welcome during our stay.

On first impressions it is uncared for. The outside is disappointing, but the rooms have been renovated, are clean and very quiet.

Absolutely spotless! We actually drive past the motel after deciding it didn’t look much from the outside! Please do not drive past without first checking and confirming what a delight this place really is….and we ARE fussy travellers! The only downside….the aircondo was a little noisy but hey ho…can’t have it all!

see above.

What a quiet spot. Friendly staff. We enjoyed that it was just out of Pemberton, maybe 5-7 minutes down the road. The added kitchenette was a bonus, although a-little dated the room was comfortable for staying one night.

The king bed was 2 twin beds pushed together. Could have used a armchair and a second nightstand.

Kitchenette was very clean. Staff is always consistently super friendly every time we stay. The beds and pillows are comfy! Property is quiet and surroundings are pretty.

Rooms are now around $150 per night after taxes, so it would be nice to see a little bit of updating done to the rooms. However, we will continue to stay here in the future and always enjoy coming back.

I thought the room was very nicely laid out, lots of space for what we needed. Lovely little kitchen that was well equipped and would have been very suitable had we needed to stay for a greater length of time. The bed was comfy and had cotton linen which is my preference.

The air conditioner was a bit too noisy and in hindsight we should have just turned it off and just opened the windows which had screens.

Quint location and quite isolated, yes you could argue the hotel is dated but I loved it. Felt very safe, host friendly, room large and had everything and more that I needed, WiFi worked great. Location peaceful and beautiful. I had looked at another hotel in main town and glad I didn’t stay there got nervous just driving past. Would 1000% stay again if in the area
