The staff service ewas next level perfect 👍🏻 suggest they all get paid better since how everything cost too much. The turn down service was very cute and housekeeping do a great job everyday of making up the room and keeping it lovey and tidy. Trustworthy staff make this place worth visiting

The price for everything is way over the top, just to have breakfast will set you back $110 plus tips. It’s absolutely exploitation of the customer staying. I would have to say it’s completely overrated and over the top. Just a bunch of people showing off their money, their possessions etc. I was happy to leave but this is in no way a reflection of the staff employed here. They are the only reason I didn’t rate this place worse.

Room service food was all fabulous, staff was ALL fabulous, friendly, and very efficient! The only thing I want to pass on is my husband snores so one night he went to sleep on the pull-out bed in the living room couch and he said it was the most uncomfortable pull-out he’s ever slept in and said he felt zero padding, only the springs poking into his back. Honestly, probably most people don’t use the pull-out and the rest of the room was truly outstanding, so this is an extremely minor issue but just thought I’d pass it along. All hotel amenities we experienced were excellent and we can’t wait to come stay again!

Oops sorry see my previous answer. The pull-out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was amazing!

The staff are wonderful.

The prices are somewhat silly. Room service gets a $10 delivery charge plus a 17% service charge, and then an expectation of a gratuity on top. A bit much. Order one bag of chips and they bring you three. Order one English muffin and they bring you two (all charged appropriately). And then they put signs around talking about "Sustainability". That's a contradiction! $48 plus tax for valet parking; plus tip of course. $55 "resort fee" when no "resort" activities were used. Cost for one night in a large, beautiful $500 room (but with a view of the driveway), a cheap bottle of wine in the room, a lovely meal for two in Sidecut, two drinks in the bar, and a muffin and coffee for one for breakfast, $1200.

We were super happy with our room and its equipment. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus two big storage rooms. Wonderfull fireplace in living room as well. All stuff was extremelly kind and always helpfull. I would highlight a shuffle service as a complimentary advantage. So we could move around the Whistler for free all day along. Buffe breakfast was also excellent. Stretching class and gym area as well. Four Seasons Resort is defently the best place to stay in Whistler. We enjoyed it so much.

There is nothing that we would not like.

Comfortable room, appreciated the helpful staff, ski valet was easy and convenient. The 1/2 mile walk into Whistler Village was pleasant.

Our room was not cleaned on our third day, despite us being gone all day. That was disappointing, since fresh towels are pretty important after a day on the slopes. Would have appreciated an adults only hot tub or certain hours specific for adults; the number of children running rampant in the pool/hot tub area took away from the relaxation.

I expected good service at a Four Season hotel, but they truly blew our expectations out of the water. Amazing service, quality, and attentiveness - could not recommend more!! The turn down service was especially appreciated with the beds made up, towels replaced and dishes replaced; the pool service excellent; and the food wonderful - the free wine tasting was also a lovely touch. Service was the highlight.

Truly nothing. It was fantastic.

This hotel’s location was amazing; close to everything: hiking, skiing, & village etc…Staff was very polite, professional and helpful. The meals were delicious (ate at both restaurants). I truly loved my spa treatment (Swedish massage w/ Nona). Enjoyed the jacuzzi with a “glass” of Prosecco! Even met a few locals;-). Hike to lost lake was perfect.

Courtyard wasn’t open:-(

We stayed in for a short weekend getaway and everything was perfect. The room was spacious and so comfortable! You can't really put a price on Fours Seasons beds. They are heaven. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of great options and you could also order a la carte. The concierge team is so polite and always ready to help. All the structure so clean and beautiful. It's a lovely place and we can't wait to go back!

I'm being picky here but I missed having a bar at the pool. We have the option to call and order from the bar inside but all the process takes more time that just having something right there.

A fabulous hotel. Very large rooms. Spacious bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and we made good use of the complimentary hotel car to get to and from whistler. The pool is lovely and warm. The free treats are nice and welcome. Room service was very good standard. We didn’t eat at the restaurant. Reception staff very helpful.

Breakfast automatically included in the room rate would have been nice. As it is pricey for the room.

Staff were amazing, food was great, room was great. I love this hotel and always will. It is just close enough to the town but just far enough away.

One of the elevators was broken down so this put a strain on the other one. I had waited almost 15 minutes for the lift and I couldn't find the stairs and I had massage booked at 3pm so I had planned to get there early to be prepared. As it happened, due to the elevator, I was late and lost time on my massage which I still paid full time for. This was disappointing.
