The room was spaciaous and well equipped. The accomodation was well situated and the Whistler shuttle bus was useful (but it didn't start until late in the morning). The walk to town and Lost Lake was pleasant if the bus times didn't suit. The pool was nice (but often full of kids - no adult sessions). We had a bear wander past the balcony!

It was a little gloomy in the suite as the lighting wasn't good. One of the bed covers was dirty and despite us asking three times it wasn't changed for our whole stay (one week). On the third attempt the receptionist tried to help by offering a blanket instead.

Quiet property. 10 min walk to upper village- 20 min to lower village - 10 min walk toLost Lake. Easy access to trails for biking/walking. 3 bedroom was a good size. Nice patio with table facing forested area. Pool area was adequate, shared bbq a plus. Billiards and football a nice distraction for kids. 2 parking spaces included.

For our July visit, we found rooms had very little airflow, even with all windows open (they had screens) - difficult to sleep because of the stuffiness. We had a couple of cooler rainy days and a sunny one- same issue for all. Fans were provided in each room, which helped a bit. Heat (in winter) is supplied by baseboard, which I could imagine being equally uncomfortable/worse in the winter. Dishwasher was awful/didn’t clean. Recycling and compost quickly filled up but not clear how to empty it. One comforter looked a bit dirty at check in. $250 mandatory cleaning fee add on always painful when no cleaning during stay is provided.

The size of the unit, the cleanliness of the unit and we prefer being up the hill a little away from the village as it is more peaceful and quiet, especially at night.

Minimal need to connect to office staff and be welcomed actually felt strange as we just used door codes. I like connection and it also assures you the building isn't abandoned in terms of security. I beg of you to get larger coffee and tea mugs in the cupboards as a few sips and you are off to get a refill. It also better matches Fall/Winter in the cold season coming up when you want big cups of cocoa, tea or coffee.

Almost everything. Quiet, clean, and extremely spacious rooms and patios. Not too far from the village. Easy check-in process. Immediate attention when my shower knob is broken and when my wifi is losing connection. There are plenty of electrical outlets and spacious table to do any work or to have a festive family dinner. The washing machine and dryer is simply great. You have coffee maker, utensils, and cooking stuff.

I am booking for 3-bedroom and 1-bedroom unit, so I have extra parking space. But I can not imagine if I only book for one-bedroom unit and drive a minivan. The space is tight enough for a Honda Fit.

Of course we were there in the summer.. so like Whistler in general, things were a little quieter than during ski season. This is a pretty low key facility, at least during this time of the year and I appreciated that. Staff are on daytime only, and they solved little issues quickly.

Only issue are the tiny parking spaces. all it took was one Albertan with a pickup truck the size of a semi-trailer to throw the underground parking into a free for all where a few people had to access other spots or the visitor spots.

The suite was very well equipped and of an excellent size. We were only there for a couple of nights but I could imagine that this suite would be well suited for a longer stay with its own kitchen and laundry facilities, private deck and fireplace in the lounge.

The main door latch of HH#313 had too much 'play' in it, therefore, it squeaked making a sound as if someone was entering our room whenever a person walked past our door in the hallway. This was very unnerving and took some time to get used to.

Although we weren't looking forward to paying $190/night for a 1 bedroom, it certainly helped to accept the price as soon as we first walked in and saw how nice it was. Every room, including the bathroom, was extremely spacious. It was also very clean and the wifi worked great. Remi and Arielle at the front desk were super friendly and even allowed us to check in a few hours early. The free shuttle to the village made it very convenient to just park the car for the few days we were there and not worry about parking. I had requested top floor due to other reviews I'd read so didn't have to worry about noise above. All in all, it was an excellent stay!

Literally the only thing I could even remotely complain about was how 'springy' the sofa bed mattress was. Aside from that, everything was amazing!

Having indoor parking during a snowstorm was nice - the room was very comfortable and shuttle to the lifts and ski in to Horstman House was super easy. Kitchen and living room made for a great entertaining space. Hot tub access was easy. Finding the Ice Cave on Blackcomb was super fun to share with my daughter. Apres with the Hairfarmers is always a must when at Whistler!

Usual resort issues late check in and early check out.

My family liked everything in this hotel, that was a good choice for a really affordable price. Rooms and bathrooms are extra spacious, I liked that so much. I was afraid that this hotel might be far away from the centre of Whistler where we like to browse but it is actually so close, you can walk there across the wood or use the bus. The location is very close to the Lost lake, so calm and territory infused with fresh air, far from city noice but still close if you need it)))

Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped. And quiet.

We understand the need to have security codes (and keypads) for everything from the parking garage, to common areas and the condo unit itself, BUT if there is an issue with the codes the front desk at Horstman House is not staff occupied during shoulder seasons. So you have to phone a central number which is often busy or not responsive..
