The unit was very clean and the queen bed was very comfortable, athough we did use our own pillows. They thought of everything we might need as the kitchen was well stocked. The location was quiet and was really close to the Wild Pacific Trail and our friends at a nearby hotel.

The poor sound proofing between the upper and lower suite was a minor issue. We could hear every footstep and were woken up one morning at 6:30 due to heavy feet hitting the floor. It didn't impact our stay too much as we were outside during the days.

We were not informed in advance about how to check in. Our other neighbors had the same problem. On arrival there is no one there and you have to find the designated corrage yourself by looking for your name next to one of the front doors. They were not reachable by phone. Beds could have been a bit wider, there is enough space in the rooms.

We had a comfortable suite with a well equip kitchen. The rooms were clean and functioned well. Parking was easy with a reserved space in front of our room.

The address of Cabins West is a little misleading. Even though it is located on "Boardwalk", it is not within view of the water. It is not waling distance to town. There was new construction going on across the street.

Felt welcome on arrival with lights on and suite warm and inviting. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with equipment and utensils. To be within walking distance/proximity to the lighthouse and West Coast trail was a bonus. We totally enjoyed our stay and 2 night getaway to Ucluelet. Would recommend.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious and cozy. Loved the big kitchen and open concept. Beautifully decorated, beautiful place.

Could hear every step the guests above us made. The whole cabin would shake as they walked around. No sound proofing whatsoever. Heads up, you cannot cook ANY fish or seafood in or outside property.

Clean and well equipped accommodation in a nice quiet area. They have everything you need to self cater.

Nothing major.Personal preference but we found the pillows uncomfortable. We would have preferred a blind in the bathroom. There weren't any drawers in the bedroom.

Outstanding large comfortable two level chalet in a lovely area close to beautiful coastal walks. Absolutely fabulous with a bright open lounge and well equipped kitchen and a BBQ on the balcony.

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Lots of wood and a plug-in in fireplace gave a warm, cozy vibe. Good place if you want to cook your meals and have a quiet sleep.

The pull out couch was uncomfortable. Note there is construction across the street on another property so noisy during the day. Please put a box of tissues in the bathroom for those of us with allergies.

Very nice and clean two story cabin w/ cute decor and amenities. Great location far enough removed for privacy in quaint neighborhood, but clise enough to get to town quickly. Walking distance to a beautiful, scenic trail loop.
