The view, the space, the fridge and everything about the room. We are returning in 10 nights and would love to stay in the same room if available

The hop on and off bus wasted nearly a whole day of our time in Vancouver. Cheaper and more efficient et to use a taxi. A complete rip off ( but hotel may not know this)

We had a nice comfortable room with a great view in our favourite Vancouver hotel - this was our 5th stay here. The location is perfect with lots of attractions and places to eat nearby and tour buses stop right outside. The staff are extremely helpful as always. The Adobe cafe next to the lobby serves excellent breakfasts, just what's neded to start a day of sightseeing.

Location was incredible! Clean, comfortable and quiet.

I wish parking was more secure (nothing happened to our vehicle but there were warning signs everywhere about high theft). The parkcade was not gated and was open to anyone, not just hotel guests.

From check in to check out, I was very impressed with the sincerity and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was a problem. Every need or request I had was attended to immediately. The location was excellent. It was my first time in Vancouver. I was there to board a ship on the 19th. I was so impressed with the hotel and the city; I wish I had stayed on at the hotel and skipped the cruise! To me, customer service is of the utmost importance. Too many businesses spend money to get you into their establishment. Once you're in, there is no service. There is also a difference when someone is walking thru the paces of being polite, yet you feel you're putting them out. That was not the case at Blue Horizons. You were always greeted with a smile, and needs attended too!

I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. It was very beautiful. It was thoughtful and kind of them to do that. I felt a bit lost in there as it was so big! This is not a complaint. It was a very nice thing to do. Thank you!

Fantastic space in the room, we couldn't believe how big it was for the price. Great bathroom, lighting, aircon, balcony, and lounge area. Comfortable beds and a nespresso pod machine in the room. Hotel would give us extra pods whenever we asked. Cleaning staff were great, they'd ask us what we wanted done rather than just a whole redo of the room. Just an absolutely excellent stay and I will 100% go back. Check in.and check out was super simple online before we arrived at the hotel.

The gym doesn't have much at all, so we didn't use it tho we'd have loved to. A run did much better. The pool is smaller than the photos but looks good. The pool room was extremely hot though, we were sweating standing there. Lastly was the lift shaft must have backed onto our room so we heard them going 24/7, but I these were all minor things to complain about.

The kids and I loved the views, the balcony, the windows (and blackout shades!), they loved the pool and hot tub, I loved the steam room. I also loved the Nespresso in the room!! The location was perfect: walking distance to lots of food and a close drive to many things). We paid for a one level upgrade and the room had a great city view, partial water view and was very spacious for the 3 of us.

Anything I didn't like would come with staying in any hotel in a downtown area (paying for parking was reasonable @ $22/day. It was noisy, even up on the 23rd floor, but nothing our portable sound machine couldn't handle.).

The location is top-notch. I walked almost everywhere. The view of the skyrises all around was pretty cool at night. The room was big and the hotel very clean. Breakfast was very good.

There are cards in the rooms that state towels will only be changed if left on the floor. I hung mine up but they were still changed, probably every day. I did mention this to the staff while on-site and they were looking into it. It's a great policy as long as it gets enforced. The location is very central but it would be nice if the hotel offered a lounge for night caps.

Our room was ready for check in around noon, which was delightful after an early morning flight and a middle of the night trip to the airport. It was comfortable and quiet even on a lower flow without much view (they offered upgrades to higher floors, but we didn't need that for a one-night stay). It was easy access from the airport train - about a 20 minute walk with roller suitcase - and location was superb. We walked to Stanley Park, restaurants and English Harbor during our short stay, and to the cruise port when we left. Bed was the most comfortable we had in a two week vacation that started at the Blue Horizon.

Nothing was bad -- the lobby is small and was rather crowded when we arrived and the hallways are narrow but nothing that would keep me from staying again.

Location is wonderful. The room was excellent, with a great view and comfy beds. Really appreciated the friendly and helpful service when checking in.

The morning we were checking out, housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:10am to ask what time we were leaving. I told them probably 10:30am (checkout was 11am) and they knocked again at 10:25am- we were out as planned at 10:30am but felt rushed and a bit annoyed. Otherwise housekeeping seemed great, the room was very clean. Only other (minor) downside was the pool area was small and not well-lit. The hot tub was closed when we wanted to go in (the sign said it would be closed for a few hours but we didn’t get a chance to come back.)

Friendly front desk staff including cleaning crew, a late checkout was offered and got an extra 2.5hrs, close to rogers arena for hockey game we attended against oilers Jan.18th/25, room was amazing, and general vibe of the hotel was amazing, as it felt very personable!

Breakfast would have tasted amazing but, unfortunately when it was served it was cold… I ordered the pulled pork hash and my wife ordered the terimesui waffles and both were cold… $10 was taken off our bill… could have been better price considering meals were cold and not even lukewarm… I was offered to have both meals to be remade, but we were on a schedule and to wait for hot food just didn’t workout… I did appreciate the offer… would have expected more of a discount, and I’m not the type of person who usually complains, but had too.
