Great rooms. Nespresso machine. Plenty of towels. Very big TV with seamless casting from tablet or phone. Staff is amazing. The rooms are sound proofed from each other. I would have liked an arm chair instead of having to sit on bed. Location is very convenient.

Party hotel:the hotel has a club on 3rd floor & karma lounge. The room next to mine was a party room. Lots of people got a room to continue partying slamming the door while screaming drunk. The main entrance is in a dark alley designed for cars drop off. If you like to walk in the morning keep company to garbage crew/dump truck+ delivery trucks.

The room and especially the bed were very comfortable.

Staff (except for the reception) not very friendly. The pool has no atmosphere and no helpful staff. I do not recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel during The Taylor Swift weekend and from the moment we checked in, the staff's energy and enthusiasm were truly unmatched. They were genuinely happy to help us and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the design super modern—everything felt luxurious and well thought out. Every detail was attended to with care—from assisting with our bags to meeting all our room service needs, even when we requested tea at odd hours of the night. They were always bringing us water and accommodating every little request with such kindness and professionalism. Thanks to the incredible team at Paradox, we had the best time and are so grateful for their thoughtfulness. Their kindness made an already amazing weekend even better!

Really modern hotel, modern touches including an iPad provided for the duration of your stay. Lovely friendly elements like messages from your cleaner that added a personal touch. Really comfortable hotel and a welcome escape from the cold weather outside. High quality cot for our baby too, wooden rather than cheap travel cot.

Hotel pool was in their nightclub which I did actually like as a quirk, but it was quite cold and there were concerns about possible smashed glass from the night before as we were in there at 0700 (however not actually experienced)

The room was very nice with good facilities in terms of bed and bathroom. The service from the staff was very helpful and the location is excellent, close to shops and to the harbour.

The entrance to the hotel is either via the Karma Lounge on W. Georgia or the "main" entrance on the laneway behind W. Georgia. The room felt a bit public with large glass and nearby office blocks, although there are a variety of blind and curtain options to offset this. Breakfast was a la carte and relatively expensive for the choice, which was good, but missed having a buffet for convenience and choice.

Location is great, room is so spacious, staff were accommodating, and the karma restaurant has great food and drinks!

The front desk checked me into a room that had the bathroom facing a garden where two chairs were placed (All bathrooms have full length windows). As a woman this is not ideal at all. I called in to ask for higher floor and a more senior staff helped me move up so they handled it well! I also did have to ask for a kettle which I always find ridiculous if they offer tea bags already in the room.

It was luxurious! Reception was very friendly and welcoming. Not long after check in, we were gifted a lovely extra from management as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Views are spectacular. Loved going to sleep at night, looking at the city lights of Vancouver. Automatic blinds and shades you can control from the bedside. There was a tablet available in the room, just for free use while on your stay! Services were amazing, daily cleaning and turn down service. The balcony hot tub was awesome, so amazing to relax tired legs after a long day walking around Vancouver. Room service was incredibly delicious. All staff we meet were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. You could easily access your bill on the TV, so could keep track of any spending and check out. Location is great, easily walked to the harbour, Gastown and the Rogers Areana. Normally we wouldn't be able to afford a place like this, but it was incredible value as we did book it when they had a discount on! So if you can BOOK.

For breakfast you could only order room service, but it was DELICIOUS!!!

Hotel and room are beautiful. We loved the pool and outdoor jacuzzi on the 3rd floor; few people use it, so we had privacy. The Karma Lounge has good food, except for one thing I ordered. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just four blocks from the harbor, and you can walk to Stanley Park. There is a great steak restaurant across the street called The Keg.

Food and beverage prices are way too high. I ordered a Buddha Bowl in the Karma Lounge on our first night that didn't taste good, so I didn't eat much. I was sick the next day and nauseated for the next 5 days (until after I got home). Ugh!

The hotel clearly offers a 5-star experience. The views from the room were superb. The room itself was very spacious and clean with modern furniture. The bathroom was very large and pleasant. The hotel also offers a decently sized indoor swimming pool as well as a relatively large jacuzzi outdoors with some lounges. Being right next to a busy street there's quite a bit of noise from cars, but otherwise very pleasant at the jacuzzi area. Near the reception, there's also a small billiards table and a fussball table. We haven't tried the restaurants of the hotel since there were plenty of good breakfast/dinner options in the neighborhood at better price ranges.

If you enter the hotel from the main boulevard you have to get through the lounge/bar which can be a bit noisy/crowded at times. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind if you're travelling with children.

Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Soaking tubs and floor to ceiling windows made for a light and bright space . The mattresses were super comfortable and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. I liked the tea cups included by the coffee service and a fridge for keeping waters . The built in nooks for products above the bathroom vanity were also a plus . Loved the locations and the staff throughout were friendly and professional .

The only thing we noted was that the curtains didn’t quite adhere to the wall so morning light would come through keeping them from being full black out curtains .
