when we left our luggage fira later pick up- it was sitting in plain view of any person walking in and out - no supervision- anyone could have taken items or put items in

We chose this hotel from a friend's referral and we weren't disappointed. The location, the view, the access to the waterfront, taxis are always out front. We chose the Premier King Waterfront room, it was huge with two reading chairs which is a plus! The bed was a bit hard, we're used to a fairly soft bed, but that isn't a deal breaker. The shower was great with excellent water pressure. The room was CLEAN, I don't usually walk barefoot in a hotel room but the first morning I got up, I did so knowing I was going to get into the shower, I was genuinely shocked at how clean my feet were after several hours in the room before my shower! Other reviews stated that the hotel was getting old and tired, I don't know what they are comparing it to but we disagree with them. We ate at the restaurant three times with no complaints, the food, drinks & servers were great!

Excellent Hotel to stay. Rooms very adequate and comfortable and I like that each side of the bed had an outlet to charge your phone. If you took the skytrain from airport to waterfront station you only had to walk a few short blocks to the hotel otherwise taxi is no problem either. Great for us with no car as we were on foot and could get to all tourist link up spots easily and other attractions easily. We frequented the restaurant for dinner and found it reasonably priced and good food.

That we didn't get a chance to use the pool and gym - it looked so inviting. Sorry Pinnacle but I didn't like your pillows :(

Had stayed here back in 8-2022 and enjoyed the comfort and stay. It is also an easy walk, if one does not overpack, from the Cruise Port. Both times we stayed we were taking a cruise or disembarking from one. Great area and lots of dining options and sites to see. We will stay here again in 8-2024 before another cruise. Also with a 6 am departure at the airport the hotel staff was very efficient in getting a cab for us to ride to the airport at 3:30 am.

Can't really think of anything. The shower handle was a tad tricky but there was a cleaning staff in the next room and she was great and entering the room and showing us how to operate the shower handle.

The view was stunning and location perfect for us. The room was fine. Nothing extraordinary.

The price. We had chairs on our balcony last year but not this year though they were provided when we requested. Our room wasn’t made up after our first night so we had to request this around 7pm when we realised. I would accept these slips if we hadn’t been paying £300 per night. The price I chose was £214 for 2 nights and suddenly the total jumped to £598 which I realised on my bank statement. It was a shock. I won’t use booking.com in future.

The hotel was convenient for my business visit and also for shops and restaurants and the harbour. The room was comfortable, with a proper coffee machine and an endless supply of pods(!) and a small refrigerator. A large comfortable bed, an armchair, plenty of towels and lots of hangers in the wardrobe. Also an iron and ironing board. All contributed to a pleasant stay and a comfortable environment. The hotel restaurant/bistro provides tasty and reasonably priced food at all times of the day. Staff were pleasant and helpful and umbrellas can be borrowed..................

The only drawback for me was the lack of room service. It is possible to call down and order food and to collect it to bring back to your room but that, for me, negates the whole point of room service.

the view from the 14th floor is fantastic looking out onto coal harbour and the hotel is just a 5min walk to the waterfront and the walkway that goes all the way to Stanley park in one direction via the marina at coal harbour and to Canada key in the other with spectacular views to the mountains on the north side of the harbour. room was very comfortable, have stayed in this hotel before, recognised the barman from previous visit in 2019 and is very friendly. would stay again. this is an excellent downtown location.

When we got there, we realized that our room was canceled through a third-party app. They were extremely nice to us. They did find us a room. They upgraded us no extra charge and we stayed in a suite. I was dead to the world and we were extremely tired and they apparently realize that we were exhausted. I can’t remember anybody’s name but they worked the reception desk on Friday the 12th night shift and the manager was super sweet and I would go back there in a heartbeat.

There was nothing about this hotel I did not like

Loved the ocean view room, proximity to things by foot. The P2B Restaurant was great

The lack of information the front desk lady gave when checking in. She did NOT tell us that we had to bring in our parking stub for validation, so when we were ready to leave we got the rid awakening of a pay $50 to leave underground parking. Also the lack of maintenance outside the the hotel after the massive snow storm, I fell down a flight of concrete steps because of the snow, slush & ice on them, since I fell, I have been progressively getting worse, severely bruised my hip and back, with extremely hard time moving as the day progressed.

Great harbourside location within a pleasant walk of Stanley park. Good choice of restaurants and cafes nearby for evening meal and breakfast if you don't want to eat in the hotel. Pleasant well sized room with good linen and towels. Very helpful door and reception staff

One bedside light between 2 queen beds was rather limiting. Once you were in the room lighting was limited until you got to the lamps in the seating area which could be difficult if you arrive after dark.
