Location was great, check in was super easy, communicated was fast and informative. Facilities in room were perfect. We cooked, had coffee in the morning, lovely shower, plenty of storage. Great size room and super comfortable. Above all else the price was cheap for whistler and what we got.
Parking was pricey, and the garage a nightmare, but this is what you have to expect in towns like this, same as the cities - but there is a choice to park super close for cheaper ( although not in the winter overnight you can not )

This lodge is a bang for the buck deal if you are traveling in groups on a budget. They also have in-suite washing machine and dryer in the units we stayed at. This is lifesaving.
Hoping the property will be able to fix their hot tub soon. Hot tub was out of commission when we visited in winter 2023 but still out of commission in spring 2024. Having a hot tub is valuable to us because it relaxes our muscles after a full day of skiing and snowboarding. Also, one of the inconvenience with this property is that they only have one bathroom regardless of the layout (two bedroom for example). This would be especially inconvenient in the morning when you try to get ready and there are 5 other people waiting behind for the bathroom.

Loved the location right in the heart of Whistler, easy walking and plenty of public parking near by for our car. Front of house staff went above and beyond on our arrival as we needed a sharp knife and our microwave oven tripped a fuse.
Booking.com photograph and description of the second room was way off the reality. "Twin beds" translated to bunks in an airless, windowless closet. This might work for children but not for two adults. As the other family room was unavailable we had to live with this for 2 nights and sofa bed alternative in lounge not comfortable. The lodge did attach pictures to our booking confirmation but as we had already scrolled the Booking.com images, we never looked at these and the booking was also pay in advance so would have made no difference anyway. We were informed that Booking.com had been supplied with images of this room and the Lodge has no control of which are shared.

I stayed here during the summer. Location is amazing, the room is in the middle of the main walkers avenue, very close to all the shops. The building was connected with the great Mongolean grill restaurant. Beds were comfortable, and the room was well facilitated. I had a nice balcony viewing the park. In terms of parking - although they charge for it, there is a huge parking lot 50 meters away from the reception, which is free between 5pm to 8am. If you are planning on summer hiking/biking in the morning, it is almost optimal. The price was the lowest among all private apartments, and the quality was great.

The open plan room was a good size and had a very comfy double bed (not king size), plus pull down double bed (not king size). Excellent free wifi. There was a big flatscreen TV but I don't know what channels this has as we didn't turn it on. There was a large dining table and four chairs. The kitchen was excellent - newly refurbished I think - and had all you could need - including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The location was great - in the centre of the village and close to the ski lifts, shops and restaurants. We were there in summer and it was a lovely place to walk around.
The bathroom needs a refurb, plus the loo is child size and very low! The entrance to the building is not as advertised in the pictures. The lovely reception entrance was across the square from our building (C Block). Entrance to our building was next to the back door of a commercial restaurant kitchen and to get to the building door you had to walk towards and under a huge industrial kitchen extractor fan which was belching out cooking fumes and was really noisy. It was really quite disgusting!

Location is brilliant - right in the middle of the village and close to the lifts. Secure bike storage. My studio apartment has really good facilities including a washer and dryer for laundry (nice not having to faff around in a laundry room). 24 hr reception. Plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo and complimentary dishwasher and laundry capsules were a nice touch.
Room was a bit musty at first (but soon remedied by opening the window). Air conditioning was loud (although this is a common theme with accommodation in Whistler). Window in my apartment was quite small so a little bit dark in the apartment (but the apartment was quite big and tbh during the day you're out and about anyway)

The room was lovely - plenty of space which is appreciated when you've got two large cases! The kitchen was well equipped, the huge bed was very comfy and the shower was good. We loved the whole feel of the complex and being right in the middle of the village. Close to the short stay car parks - 10 minute walk.
The noisy and bulky air con unit - took up a bit of room and the tube to the window cut out light. It was an ugly addition to an otherwise lovely room. The convenience of being in the middle of the village was great but the downside was the crowd noise into the early hours - we either had the noise of the air con or an open window. Wouldn't be a problem in the cooler months.

The room is a studio! It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, a fridge, a stove with oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a washer and a dryer, detergent, paper towel, salt and pepper. The location is also perfect! The fireplace is beautiful! You will find an organic trash bin under the sink :) The bathroom is too tiny but functional. You will find amenities, a hairdryer, a full body mirror
The cleaning needs to be improved. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub. The parking is a little tricky on the first day and expensive in my opinion ($20 a day) . The lifts are old and need maintenance and cleaning.

Location is actually great. Right in the center of the village. Walking distance to everything. Near by it's a grocery store. Very convenient. Also at night it's quiet. Rooms are big enough. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen with all the suplies you might need to cook (Basics).
Light in both rooms did not work. Only could use a table lamp in each room. Temperature was not controllable. It could get really hot at times. We did not have any cleaning service. We stayed for 5 days, for if you stay longer, you could use some cleaning and changing towels without having to call front desk to get them. No indications on where to get ride of your trash.

I loved the location. It's right in the village within walking distance to everything. Ski lifts and gondolas for both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains are within a 15-minute walk even with carrying skis and having to walk in ski boots. It's also within walking distance to Whistler Village Information Center and the local bus transit center. There are also many shops and restaurants close by.
I didn't like that there were no USB or other type charging ports in the room. And there were very few electrical outlets. I had to use outlets in the kitchen to charge my phone. I also didn't like that there was no nightstand near the bed.
