I was in a corner room (1072) the Powder Lodge building, which is closer to the lifts than the main Keg building. Only 3 other hotels in Whistler Village have a closer location to the lifts that this. Murphy bed was really comfortable. Studio suite is very large for the price. They gave me my room when I arrived at around 12:30pm, because it was already cleaned.

There were some plumbing issues, some that were fixed and some that couldn't be fixed during my stay. These didn't stop anything essential from functioning though. Entrance to room is very dark, and this is where your hangers and safe are. Would be great to have an overhead light here. Lights in bathroom and kitchen weren't bright enough. Indoor hot tub didn't have working jets, and signs said this would last the whole season. Hot tub water was hot and circulating though, Dining Room table was part of the Murphy Bed in my suite. This means you can't keep all of your gear and chargers and laptop on it, because you have to clear it off before you go to sleep each night.

The location is great, right in the village close to everything. The hotel has an indoor jacuzzi and that made a big difference for me. We were there in low season so we were able to check in very early. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the coffee is delicious.

The room was a bit too cold for my standard, there is just a small heather that is not enough for the entire space, especially the bathroom. There is a log fireplace (logs available for purchase on the property) but even though it was not warm/comfortable enough. Front desk sent maintenance to check it out and the heat increased a bit but it was still not that cozy winter cabin feeling I was looking for.

Great little spot right in the middle of the village but actually just off the village stroll far enough that it is quiet and peaceful despite being right in the village. Nice big Hot Tub that was indoors - at first we felt disappointed that it was not outdoors but it is very well maintained and nice and hot for apres-ski leg therapy LOL. And to be fair, half the outdoor hot tubs in the village are on the fritz half the time... Felt like we found a great little secret! Will definitely stay again.

My only complaint is common to many Whistler locations, which is that the parkade is too low to park my jeep in there - had to take the grocery-getter SUV to make sure we could fit - pro Whistler tip: ALWAYS check the parkade height before you book!

The hotel is located very well. The room with two queen beds was very comfortable. I liked the balcony which is must for me . The pools and indoor facilities were nice.

Well, I think the property should have an electric kettle, and basic cutlery whether disposable or not. The family rooms should have at least 2 outdoor chairs. Room series 1073/1074/1075 are all together anyone entering their room is disturbing others which was an inconvenience and since the property is room only they should have a common area where they can keep a microwave to heat the leftover stuff or to make a meal for little ones.

Hotel is very close to gondolas. Staff was very helpful.

Initial suite with coach and murphy bed that we'd booked for the family of four (2 kids) was not a match for us. Coach could not be extended at the same time murphy bed was opened. We had to ask staff for another room.

I stayed in this place several times over the past 10 years. never disappointed. Friendly and accommodating staff, excellent location—close to the gondolas and in the middle of everything. Rooms are spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace for cold days, a balcony for warm days, and a comfortable bed. Add to the above, the price is more reasonable than many other places.

Location, room facilities and size were very good. The pool area was lovely and I enjoyed the hot tub. The hotel is close to the lift area and very central to the village. We are on a trip of Canada from Australia and the cost was very good compared to some other places we have stayed.

The Murphy bed was a bit hard to my taste for sleeping. There was very minimal room service.

Loved the friendly welcome by staff and the convenient location in the village.Minutes walk to the upper village and chair lifts and many cafes and resturants.

The pull down bed was a bit uncomfortable as it had no support in the middle and was fairly low off the floor. The verandah had only one outdoor chair to sit on.

I couldn't ask for a better location. We went for the bike park and we able to come off the lift, make a left turn, and be at our cars in less than 1 minute, then take the elevator right to the room. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Very nice to be able to have the dog with us. Right down the elevator from us is a nice green area for potty breaks and walks.

Slightly older feeling, might need a slightly face lift in the future, but nothing to complain about to be so close to everything at such a great price.

Location was the best - could walk around the village and to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was amazing! We had a loft with it's own bathroom and there were two sofabeds on main floor which also had a bathroom. Loved that it had a full kitchen, even had a dishwasher! Really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and the hot tub. Will definitely be back!
