Good ambience as soon as you walk in! The bell hop trolleys in the parking area were a great help. Our pool and hot tub view was entertaining! Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect! Loads of towels available when you get out of the water. Staff were very pleasant. Perfect location for wandering around the village.

Our suite was FREEZING when we arrived, as if no one had stayed in this room for a long time and they shut the heat off. The heat had to be switched to ‘on’ mode with a special key so maintenance had to come, which took some time. Then when it was sorted it took HOURS for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. There were no robes provided for transit between room and pool. We were looking forward to having a fire but the fireplace was ‘out of order’. We assumed since they appear to be wood burning fireplaces they don’t want to deal with the hassle of irresponsible guest use (understandably), but it can feel misleading when an amenity that may be a factor of swaying your booking is not available upon arrival.

I arrived before check in time and Laura was fabulous getting me and my service dog early access to our room. Thank you Laura!!! There was plenty of space in the unit as we had a loft but slept on Murphy bed on the main floor as the TV was there. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking and the room, although a bit dated was exceptionally clean!! Easy access to everything as it's right in the heart of the village. Parking access easy and enjoyed a coffee and cookie from the lobby before hitting the road home. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Whistler.

Nothing, everything was great!

It‘s located in the heart of Whistler Village, literally 90 seconds on foot from the ski lift! Also the pool, hot tub and sauna were really nice, especially in the winter when it’s so cold outside. Also, we were offered parking by the hotel upon check-in, but the staff were kind enough to inform us about other overnight parking options in the village which were much cheaper. That‘s kind of them!

The room perhaps felt a tiny bit dated, but not too bad at all.

Nice quiet clean room. Great location. Location on the edge of the village makes it a little quieter and easier to drive in and out of while still having great walking access to the village. Fantastic little pool area. Balcony was great. Kitchenette is a nice touch. Not the most amazing mountain views, but it does still have some (may depend on which side of the bilding you're on).

The room gets crazy cramped with all the beds out. Could use some night lighting on the stairs to the loft. We had an injury from a trip on the stairs. Also apparantly it's standard to store kitchen pots and pans in the oven warming drawer? That was not at all obvious to us.

Great location - on holiday from UK between Xmas and New Year and drove to the hotel from Vancouver and parked at the hotel and then could do everything else on foot.

The Inn is as described and whilst laid back and functional, it does not have the comfort level you might expect at the price - but this is because of the great location which saves you a lot of time and worth remembering that many need to make their living for the year in a ski season, which pushes prices up.

The location is very good, close to the village centre but also within easy walking distance of the blackcomb gondola. Secure parking at the hotel was a real bonus but be aware that there is a 32 dollar charge for this (for us it was worth it but you have the option to use nearby public parking). The reception staff were very helpful with information on activities and nearby restaurants. There was a small plunge pool near to our room which was appealing on a hot day

There seemed to be no public rooms.

The hotel is very convenient to Whistler Village and the ski lifts. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room had a loft with a full size bed and a small bathroom. Downstairs was a nice living area with a nice kitchen and full bathroom. There were three pullout beds and three tvs. There was also pool, spa and workout area (we did not use these, though).

It's a small parking garage. I would think at busy times there is not parking for everyone.

I got a upgraded room on arrival, was very well equipped with kitchen and bathroom items. Foldout sofa was perfect for late night TV. The bed itself was excellent.

It wasn't well signed on where the check in door and desk were. As it has more than one building, I stood at the wrong door wondering how to get in. I then walked around the whole building, only noticing after doing thst, that there was a second building across the street with the same name.

Staff at the hotel was fantastic, especially at the check-in. They had an issue with the elevators and upgraded our room, provided free parking and provided a bottle of wine to compensate for the inconvenience. Very professional and much appreciated.

Nothing to note at all here.

I was in a corner room (1072) the Powder Lodge building, which is closer to the lifts than the main Keg building. Only 3 other hotels in Whistler Village have a closer location to the lifts that this. Murphy bed was really comfortable. Studio suite is very large for the price. They gave me my room when I arrived at around 12:30pm, because it was already cleaned.

There were some plumbing issues, some that were fixed and some that couldn't be fixed during my stay. These didn't stop anything essential from functioning though. Entrance to room is very dark, and this is where your hangers and safe are. Would be great to have an overhead light here. Lights in bathroom and kitchen weren't bright enough. Indoor hot tub didn't have working jets, and signs said this would last the whole season. Hot tub water was hot and circulating though, Dining Room table was part of the Murphy Bed in my suite. This means you can't keep all of your gear and chargers and laptop on it, because you have to clear it off before you go to sleep each night.
