The staff were very "positive" - whether desk staff; maintenance; cleaning etcetera. The beds were very comfortable, as were the great pillows. The microwave was very good and the small fridge kept everything cold as it should. The housekeepers were attentive and fulfilled our requests quickly. Elevators are responsive and never had to wait any length of time. There is a lot of free parking available - easy access to the property from two major streets.
Regret there is no continental breakfast. The washroom doors are too small for a walker to pass into (my wife had to struggle a bit using the counter as a balance) and hold-bars in the tubs would have been nice. A bit of noise whenever someone passed by the door - there seems to be no soundproofing around the doors,

For us the most important qualities are feeling safe and the cleanliness and both met or exceeded expectations! When we saw filth outside, it was cleaned up by next day, wow! Pool was great for our 9 year old. Location was great, easy access to all the places we needed to go. Just a great holiday! Thank you!

Didn’t like that we ordered room service and had to go down to the front desk to get it. Not really room service if you have to go. Also the coffee was pretty awful from the restaurant and in the room.

Pool and slide were a blast and the rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. Fantastic for families!
Location is outside of the city, which is good and bad depeding on what you're looking for.. Lots around the hotel tho for food and gas stations. But does feel like you're out of the city limits. We were just passing through so non of that mattered to us. Great place to recharge that also had some fun!

restaurant was closed when i checked in around 4, wanted to eat before my outing, but had to leave the hotel to find a restaurant, didn't have much time to relax by the time i got back it was time to go. rooms were clean and comfy, pool was good. overnight stay good place, no worries and comfy.

I requested the main floor but there was no rooms available. I ended up on the third floor. The elevators were a little scary to ride as they banged and wobbled.

The staff were friendly, and they went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.
I sleep on gel mattress and can no longer sleep on a springy box spring. Even though the mattress was good quality all the muscles under my skin are sore from the box spring. Perhaps they can mix it up with some of the newer style gel/foam mattress.
