Awesome linens. Hot breakfast. I love waffles. Bonus to have two machines. Great orange juice. We needed to stay longer since our car was being repaired across at Fox’s GM. Given extra time with no issues. Great staff

Noisy. Fully booked. Many working folks. Guys next door stood outside patio door smoking. We’ve never stayed in a hotel with our dog so having doors open n close in hallway and voices outside caused our dog to be quite alarmed and unsettled. Next time I would ask for a room at the end of the hall perhaps? Lamp shade and curtains showing wear.

Breakfast was just okay. A lady who was staying several days complained that the breakfast was the same every day

Unfortunately there was a team of young Lacrosse players staying in the rooms next to ours. As young boys will do, they made a lot of noise and, after a while, two direct requests for the boys to settle down, and two calls to the front desk, I requested a room change. I was told that no other rooms were available. The lady who complained about the breakfast also complained about the noise. I think I should have been warned about this at check-in and directed to another room.

Efficient check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. The patio door access was great. Location was great because it was close to the TransCanada Highway. Breakfast was included with hot items.

The breakfast sitting area was too small for the number of people having breakfast. I wish that the plastic utensils would be replaced by biodegradable ones.

The breakfast was very good . The hot food was nice and hot and there was a lot of choices to pick from . No one would leave there hungry . The lady running the breakfast was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her as was everyone there . We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Fredericton .

The breakfast was standard fare - the scrambled eggs were standard powdered eggs? the room was clean and comfortable. The room was conveniently located near the highway. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I was not able to access a lot of the food as I have a dairy and egg sensitivity. I carry my own non-dairy milk and butter with me. My husband did not enjoy the scrambled eggs.

The room was very clean, comfortable, the staff amazing. The breakfast simple but excellent, clean, enough for everybody and they put more quickly if there's no more food.

only the the last day at the check out, a woman in the Front desk with the worst attitud. When I told her I was going to do my check out with a very unfreindly expression answered me... And?...Room number?.... Very weird, She doesn't know the word CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had a large room with a sofa and swivel chair. The bed linen was wonderful and the overall appearance of the room was great. The location was great within walking distance of the botanical garden and also near the Highway.

The breakfast was very basic and served on disposable dishes.

We didn’t stay for breakfast, we were awake, showered and ready to go before breakfast was ready. It was great just to get away from our very busy house

We found the beds a little harder than my husband likes but I slept very well

Any issues were handled quickly. The bath towels were a good size, not a hand towel. Liked the ability to access my car from the ground floor and outside door. Breakfast was great!

Breakfast was served on a grab-and-go basis, but they had many options and it was very tasty. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decently cleaned. Parking was easily accessible and close to the room.

The TV wasn't working and the bathroom fan was very noisy. I would have preferred to stay close to downtown but the location wasn't bad for the price, which was very good for what we got.
