The staff was super friendly. I liked the cleanliness, the nice big space of the suite, the comfy furniture and the big windows overlooking the water.

1. I found the daily parking very expensive, it amounts to almost 10% of the total price for the stay. 2. The slamming close of the neighbours front door was very annoying (until we asked them to watch out for it). 3. The arrangement(s) for daily service were confusing, also what exactly staff would be coming in to do was unclear. 4. Broken entrance light, reported at the check-in but never got fixed. 5. No hook for the towel right outside the shower door.

I booked room only so cannot comment on the breakfast. The harbour view suite was better than excellent - very large with separate bedroom and bathroom. Extremely well equipped with electrical outlets and USB ports. Two TVs, one in the main room, one in the bedroom. Bed very comfortable. Walk in shower and a large vanity unit for the basin. The lifts/elevators (two) were fast - very clean and spacious. You can access the walkway to the parking area as well which cuts out the steps down to it near the front of the hotel. Plenty of parking spaces with a ticket giving you in/out privileges. Walking distance to the town and a number of bars and restaurants. If you like fish and chips then. along the boardwalk, is a small hut selling freshly cooked and very tasty food (excellent prices too) - they are open Tuesday to Saturday, 12 noon to 6pm. Fabulous.

I stayed in the hotel back in May and there was no charge for parking at that time. $15 per night is expensive and adds up on top of a room rate at $800 for three nights. Restaurant was under staffed. Waited 30 mins to be served at breakfast and ended up leaving. Two servers in place. Dinner order was mixed up. Felt overall that staff were not prepared for busier times. Staff were kind and polite just was frustrating overall. Other guests were walking out too.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly.

I noticed that in the room, guests had the ability to enjoy a bottle of red or white wine. Being red wine lovers, we decided to open up the bottle and relax for the evening after driving in from the Cabot Trail. Unfortunately, the red wine was not the most appealing and I could not even get past 3 sips. Its unfortunate but charging $35 for a poor wine was a bit steep. I left a note beside the bottle and my glass and asked the staff not to charge to our room. I also mentioned it to the gentleman on check out. My recommendation is to replace your wine selection or have guests order from Trio. Apart from that, the facility is well kept with beautiful views of the Sydney Harbour.

The location is great, next to waterfront and the shopping street that also has restaurants. The hotel is clean, the staff are great and there is a restaurant on premises which is good.

The AC in our unit made annoying noises, it wasn’t that cold so we didn’t use it, but that could be problematic if you travel in the winter. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. The room didn’t have bottled drinking water which was kind of disappointing.

Great hotel with a wonderful sitting area and dining table . We had a great room with a wonderful view of the water. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Location was great as the boardwalk was right outside our hotel and we walked to everything. The on-site restaurant was so good we never ate anywhere else! Excellent food and servers.

Some more towel racks would have been good.

First room I was given was on basement level, with a "great" view on the cars at the parking lot. Got one then on ground floor. Given that I booked 6 months earlier, and that it was not my first visit at the hotel, I found that a bit disappointing. Rooms are in need of modernization. All is clean, but there is a general feeling of things being a bit old.

The space, facilities & views from our room were great. The room (804) was very quiet & comfortable. The reception team & restaurant staff were very friendly & efficient.

The temperature of the shower was tepid at best. Hopefully now sorted. Although crockery is available on request, there is more than enough space to provide the basics in the room without having to ask for it.

The view was nice.

Seemed to be confusion about room cleaning. Didn't get to check in until 5. Also, we were told at 1:30 to come back at 4 and higher level room would be ready for us. That room evaporated. But all and all the lower room was good. Staff seemed not organized. I assumed they were maybe new. They were very polite so if you don't mind a few hiccups, this hotel is great.

The hotel is lovely, and the rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the location right on the water, and the restaurant and gym are both very good.

I was a little disappointed by the menu selections. For example they do not have any non-dairy milk options, and it could have benefited from some more fruit and veggie options too. However, the food that I did have was very good and the restaurant staff were all lovely so it wasn't a big deal, just something that could have been improved on.
