I really liked the proximity to the major highways for getting around! I also liked the sliding patio doors on the ground floor rooms! When locked they felt secure, but were able to open providing easy access to the parking lot for unpacking and packing the vehicle.

The breakfast room didn’t have a lot of seating, so occasionally people come in and get breakfast but have nowhere to sit. I do understand though that not much can really be done about that I suppose.

I like the friendly helpful staff at the desk, when booking I thought I got a room with a pull out couch but I ended up with only 2 queen beds and we 3 kids and 2 adults it wasn’t going to work, so the front reception got us a cot and help bring it up to the room. The breakfast was perfect nothing fancy but it did the trick. It was well taken care of property.

The only thing is no elevator so if you have a disability you would have to stay on the main floor but other than that everything was great

Breakfast was great, location clean and food supply well serviced.

Initially the room assigned to us had not been cleaned properly. Food found in the fridge, a black dirty sock and coffee cup under the desk. When we went to see the front desk, she offered another room with King bed but we were 4 guests so not suitable. In the end, we were upgraded to a large suite and this was a good resolution and very accommodating.

The front office desk is very helpful. Rounak and other staff members are all very polite, humble and customer service at their best. Hospitality is 100%.

Some plumbing issues. But they mitigate those giving us two rooms attached in respect. Thank you so much.

The breakfast was awesome. Very tasty and lots of variety. The location of the Inn was perfect for getting to our medical appointment. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were also upgraded to a ground floor room instead of a second floor one that had been booked at same price we had been previously quoted. Being seniors with mobility problems this helped us greatly.

Nothing!! All our expectations were met and then some!!

The hot breakfast (HOT BREAKFAST!) with plenty of options and the microwave in my room (so I was able to heat up my leftover food - no waste of food, yay!)

The pillows were too soft and there was only one chair in my room when we were two adults and one kid.

The staff was very good. Liked the location, we stayed there as we had a family member in the hospital in Sudbury. There is laundry and a business center on site. I would recommend this hotel absolutely.

hard to get parking when full, many work visitors if trailers in their trucks and use a lot of the parking lot. pillows are not to good quality

The hot breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable. Room is clean and quiet.

Air conditioner is old and loud. Fortunately, the weather was not cold, so we didn't need to turn on it. This hotel don't have elevator, we had to carry our luggage going up and down stairs.

TIME TO GET WITH IT,, 1970 THINKING CARPETS IN ROOMS,??
