Great location and walkability to everything! Staff were very friendly and were accommodating to our requests/needs. The parking garage attendant was extremely friendly, made sure our vehicle would fit under the sign and then brought us a baggage trolley. We had an issue twice with our room keys not working and the front desk staff were extremely apologetic and worked with us to make sure we got in our room. Lovely open warm decorating throughout the hotel even with upgrades and renovations. This was our first time staying here and we wanted to check it out for a family wedding in Feb 2024. The mural on the underneath of the hotel walkway is very interesting and cool.

We had a double Queen room and we felt like it was small and tripping over each other! Not a deal breaker …

Location on waterfront very convenient to access to restaurant and downtown.

.Parking! The parking was at capacity$ expensive. The spots are very tight esp with larger vehicles that park on or over the lines. Suggest valet parking would be better.

I was surprised that I was given a pastry and coffee to go in the morning. Mina who checked me both in and out was so welcoming and pleasant and helpful! Amazing service! :-) I loved the desk/workspace it gave me lots of room to work.

I found the room a little dated and the shower head was not great and the water pressure wasn't great. The bed needs to be flipped and had a bit of a dent in it. I couldn't get the netflix to work even after I signed in and could see my profile. I was surprised that parking was $30 on site.

Nothing, everything was perfect. We even notice plant in the underground parking, it shows management thinks about every details.

The location was excellent, so close to all the major attractions. The view across the lake was superb!! The hotel was clean, quiet and well-managed. I don't usually sleep too well in strange beds, but this time I slept like a baby! When my TV broke down, someone was there within minutes to fix it.

Maybe give us more than one packet of caffeinated coffee with our complimentary coffee basket. Some jam or marmalade would be nice, too.

The location cant be more in the center of town. The hotel is clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only low point I can say is we could hear the entire conversations of the room next to us. But we asked to be moved and they did not hesitate, it was taken care of in less than 10mn.

View was absolutely lovely. Marriott beds and pillows. Great food. Staff was helpful.

It’s under construction so I think the things I’d change are entirely related to that and will go away when they’re done. None of them would keep me from staying here again.

The location was perfect! Loved our view of the marina, convenient location to just about everything and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel needs some work. Although the room was clean and comfortable, the wallpaper was peeling off in some places and the carpet was not in the best shape. For the price, it was kind of shabby.

Absolutely great location to visit Kingston. Our room overlooked the marina and was very nice. Car parking can be very tight however the guy who worked in the parking garage was fantastic, not only did he get us a slot every time we passed him he would have a chat. Unfortunately we didn’t get to say goodbye as he wasn’t there when we left.

Even though we specifically said we would like to pay as we check out they never bothered to mention that they do not accept cash at all. Besides we got unknown charges to our room which we are still waiting to get a refund for.
