The room was a nice size, well appointed and clean. The A/C worked well and was quiet. The staff were polite and helpful. The location was good, close to highways and within walking distance to several restaurants.

Breakfast needs improvement! I had a bagel with cream cheese and it was terrible especially the cream cheese was off and left a terrible taste in my mouth. My spouse had a muffin and it was equally terrible. The prices for the breakfast menu were over priced and not a lot of options. After that we ate outside of the hotel for every meal. Having the basic needs of water available to guests for free would be a big improvement especially on hot summer days. Having to pay 3.50 for a regular bottle of water is ridiculous. That is way over priced. I also didn't like that there was no safe in the room.

Location of the hotel was perfect for my travel plans. Size of the room was spacious enough for the four of us. Beddings and bathroom were clean. The mattress of the bed as well as the sofa bed were comfortable.

One of the two elevators had been out of service for maintenance throughout our stay, making the wait time a bit long most of the time.

Elevator being fixed and then this week both elevators off for a couple of hours. I traveled with my 90 yr old father, so that was a major inconvenience. He had to use the stairs, which was very, very hard. Let guests know when booking of maintenance work. Starbucks coffee was written, but it tasted nothing like Starbucks

Staff were really welcoming. The place was nice and clean. The staff were really helpful in providing services.

The breakfast menu was only till 9am on weekdays, so we weren't able to get breakfast if we woke up at 10am. There isn't much variety in the breakfast. Maybe having beans available or hash browns would be nice.

The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Good shower and bathroom set up. I liked that they could make a latte in the bistro

I would have liked a microwave in the room. I would have liked more food choices in the Bistro.

The property is very clean, the rooms were very modern and in style! There was a little canteen that was well stocked. A bit over priced but over all it was still good to have. The pool is nice! The area is very clean and the water is just perfect.

Bistro served me Caesar salad with way too much dressing. Sent it back and received same thing a second time. Menu was limited, wine was too expensive. Elevators were slow. The front desk requested $20 deposit for the broken umbrella they gave me.

The room was very clean and a great size. The bed was comfortable though we would have appreciated having a heavier blanket available. Every part of the hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely

Honestly we didn't have any big issues aside from very loud people in the room next door

Wow....I have traveled a lot. I am a Retired Hotel Front Desk Manager. I would Highly recommend this location and Hotel to anybody. It will be an Amazing memory I will never forget. The Night Audit Lady went beyond the call of service. They are blessed to have her.

Price is unbeatable

A tad far away from downtown but that’s already known when I booked it. Have public transport at the doorstep so not too bad.
