I was traveling with a friend who relies on a scooter for mobility. I needed help loading the scooter into my car. management were particularly supportive in getting me the help I needed. Managerment was also respectfully open to feedback. I would stay there again.

The starbucks on site was not effecctive. I asked the day before I went to them if they were full service (lattes) They said yes but when I asked for a soy latte, they didn't have it but offered oak milk as an alternative. I accepted the substitute but was presented with a regular coffee and a carton of oat milk to add to it. Not a latte. I didn't want that so they gave me a refund, $3.10 for a $5.30 latte! The server said their machine could only process regular milk. IF that is the case, I suggest that the hotel tell starbucks that they should provide the site with a full service machine so they can maintain your hotel's standards.

Perfect location right next to the exit of HWY 404. Tons of eateries around and you don't need to worry about food. Walking distance to J-Town.

Quite noisy in the morning if you got a room facing the hotel's garbage area and the garbage truck came to collect. 1 free small bottle of water only for a family room of 4.

The reception staff was very friendly and she was very helpful in assisting me switching the room.

Although I had do not disturb hanging out the door there were still two occasions the staff tried to open my door. One of them said it's the sheet she had printed my room as vacant, the other one just had nothing and tried to come in.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel which is reasonably priced. The location is close to the 401 and the 404 allowing easy travel to various parts of the city. The staff are very friendly.

Due to COVID protocols, the restaurant area was only open for a short period in the morning, but this was to be expected, and there are many alternative breakfast spots a short drive away.

The modern decor, pool, gym, mini fridge in room, 4 minutes away from Toronto transit that runs frequently and the highway is 1 minute away, Tim Hortons, 2 major banks close by, quiet area, friendly and accommodating staff and it is quiet. Strong WIFI. A/C works well. Can hook up laptop to TV with HDMI cable to watch Netflix and Prime TV. Secure access to my floor (need room card to use elevator).

It's in a commercial area but there were a few restaurants around. I still would stay there again and recommend friends and family to stay there. No microwave in my room but one is near the front desk

the staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the conversations with all the people the stay there for long periods of time “interesting” to say the least

I found pubic hair around and in the bath tub and that in room 423 and mold in the shower in room 524 but for the most part it was good

This is our 2nd stay, we really like the cleanliness and room layout. Also very comfortable and spacious beds. Staff are friendly and always ready to help or answer our questions.

Honestly there isn't anything that I did not like, but I will mention 2 minor things that could be considered for improvement. first, if there can be a lock on the toilet door. Normally not a problem, unless like us you have a 2-year-old that likes to prank you by open toilet doors on you. The other thing, it would be nice if we can have like a booklet in the room of activities within the hotel or close by. But I am not sure if there were before, but removed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The bed was insanely comfortable and the building required a room key to gain access to your floor, giving a comforting sense of security.

Terrible parking. I have a full size pick up and the parking garage didn't have enough ground clearance and also is way in the back of the building so you'll be hauling your luggage long way to get to the elevators. The only other thing was our bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, and had a sliding door so if you're a shy pooper, time to step out of your comfort zone

The restaurant should be open, at least with social distancing protocol. My room was not supplied with Coffe cups nor soap. So my first night was a bit short to excellent.

Close to TTC, gas stations with Tim Hortons and restaurants. The area isnt too busy. Rooms are nice and modern.
