We really like this hotel very much! It’s the center of where we were going! Easy 35-40 mins to downtown even during rush hour and the construction! Close to a lot of amenities only 5 mins drive away. Staff are so nice and helpful! Very clean suite! It felt like I just got out of the shower! I’m allergic to dust so it was a gold when we stayed at this hotel way better than when we stayed at marriot or Hilton! The fridge is a regular size fridge! It’s good bec we bought some food and drinks to take to the hotel and we just simply put them in for the next day when we couldn’t finished them! Like the fact that each room has a tv in it! My kids watched their own shows and I watched my own! Netflix is easy accessible as we have our own subscription. Parking is good and indoor! I can see us coming Back to this hotel and Everytime we come to TO!

The only cons about this hotel is the lacking of kitchen stuff! We had to make sure we grabbed napkins and plates and sporks and cups when we buy food bec the hotel doesn’t have them! At least have few in each suite!

There is a Subway in the building so we could have a good breakfast. There is also a convenience store to buy some food that you can prepare in the microwave oven. The staff was very helpful. Free parking is a bonus. The apartment is spacious, the beds are clean and comfortable. We wanted to be in a quiet place so that we could rest after a long day, and this was just like that. The apartment is well equipped, there was a fridge and oven as well. Very good value for the price.

There was a strange smell lingering in the room and it didn't went away however long we left the windows open. It might have come from the fitted carpet, I don't know for sure, because otherwise the whole place was very clean. It is a bit far from the downtown area, but we rented a car and had to drive a lot anyway.

Nice accommodation for some days, absolutely clean, confortable and really convenient. We were in 3 (mom, dad and 15 yrs old son) and we got a mini flat composed by 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen with a table, perfect to have breakfast. There are also a market and a Subway, open till late, inside, at the first floor. Parking is easy and included.

THIS IS NOT NEGATIVE BUT IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW. The student Residence is quit far from Toronto, at least 50 minutes, not so quickly to reach by public transports, better by car as we did. In the city, there are parking places at low prices - 10-15 us dollar for a day - so we decided that was a interesting solution sleeping in Seneca and then staying all day in Toronto from morning till late evening (so only 2 trips). Not a smart solution to be directly downtown for a short visit.

The rooms are well-maintained. There TVs in both bedrooms. Rooms are a decent size and have large windows for natural light. There is a Subway and a convenience store on site and they are useful. The whole facility felt clean and safe. The price is a fair deal for what you get. The staff was very nice and had lots of information to share about the area. The staff gets two thumbs up from me.

First thing you need to know is these rooms are only available during summer, as it is actually a college dormitory. As such, the beds are very basic and are not the most comfortable. The kitchenette lacks a stove so everything you prepare needs to be microwavable. The elevators may not be convenient based on location of room. The parking garage is a not connected to lodging facility so in inclement weather it can be unpleasant.

Our stay@resident conference centre was great. We really liked the stay. It was clean comfortable. The stuff were very intelligent and respectful. The only thing is the location is a bit far from market Plaza but they have a great subway cafeteria. We had car so we had no issue our all it was pleasure staying there will definitely go back there if I go to Toronto.

Very clean, comfortable and great environment great areas for walking and environment was great too enough parking spots very safe to staythere with family ‘or friends.

I spent 3 weeks travelling in Canada and the US and I can honestly say that this has been the BEST STAY ever. The place feels home :) rooms are great, beds super comfy, fantastic wifi. The tiny shop downstairs has everything you might need. The staff is amazing. There is always a security guard closely monitoring all the CCTV cameras, so you can feel really safe. Everywhere is clean. Great parking option! Decent location, about 20-30 min drive to the city center. All in all, we LOVED IT!!!

I could do with some basic kitchen utensils. A cup /spoon... there's absolutely nothing in the kitchenette

I like everything about the hotel and everything went well. But only problem we had while at the hotel was the night were there was fire outbreak in 5t floor and we are in 4th floor, no provision for person with a disability especially wheelchair bound to get out of the building. That needs to be addressed.

They need to make ram to all floors in the hotel incase of fire emergency, so that it be easy and fast for a wheelchair bound or a person with a disability when the lift cannot be use to get out of the building to a safe place.

The apartment was very spacious with a reasonable kitchen/diner and two reasonable-sized bedrooms. The view from our bedrooms was lovely: we were able to look out at a conifer tree and watch the black squirrels exploring it. The accommodation had the advantage of an onsite shop. It was minutes from the bus stop which was served by 2 buses taking us directly to Finch Station.

Given that we had a kitchen, which included a microwave, it would have been great to have been provided with something that was microwave-proof and a few items of cutlery. It would also have been nice to have had a coffee-maker or kettle, but I guess this is normally used for students and they bring their own cutlery/crockery with them.

For a dorm room, it met expectations. It was clean, provided enough space and ample storage, the pillows were very comfortable. The shower was a little small but provided plenty of hot water. It smelled a little like it was a dorm room - not bad just kind of stale. Public transit was readily available whether I was looking to take the bus or hire a lyft/uber. Overall I enjoyed my stay, it provided exactly what I needed, and I would book here again.

Nothing to complain about. Toilet paper, tissue paper, soaps and towels were provided. No other supplies were stocked but I wasn't expecting anything above that so all happy here.

winning price for what you get good if you have a car coz its quite far from center clean i can smell cigarette the first time I enter but once AC is on then its gone

i didnt like the guy on duty on 29th June when I tried to check in as he was not helpful.. it was around 7pm or so. He passed me on to the lady reception who was helpful but I didnt understand why he didnt finished my transaction before dealing with someone else, and passed me to the other lady. felt discriminated at some point but thanks to that lady who went beyond to help me on my requests. didnt get her name but big appreciation to her
