Staff were helpful and friendly, would accommodate everyone's needs from grabbing chairs to bring to the room, toliet paper, or hot water for tea. Check in was fast and easy and check out was simple and easy just a quick call down to front desk and I left immediately! For the venue dinner was perfect, every order was correct with zero errors. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their food.

Venue was a little behind for what needed to be done for the wedding so it definitely added a bit of stress. However the staff worked hard to make everything smooth and seemless.

The room we got was 201 , very very small & compacted, couldn’t get out of the double bed unless you went to bottom:-( with it being for only one night this wasn’t a biggy for us , felt a bit like a extra large cupboard. It was strange there wasn’t a bar area for drinks , a lot of guests waiting before ceremony wanted a drink, it was unusual , if they could have had servers they would have sold a lot of drinks , nice place though !!

The location was in a good neighborhood and the classy atmosphere. I loved it.

The cleaning service was very bad . The fist time they changed just the sheets and towels. The floor were left unswept and bathrooms floor was dirty. The second time we asked for the service room , no one came to do it. They were no shampoo. The internet was down.

Room was cozy and comfortable

Breakfast should have been included in the price of the room. An extra chair to sit down in should have been provided. If I was any shorter, I would have need a step ladder to get into bed.

It was private, not far to go to enjoy a weekend away, it had charm, the staff were friendly, the service was fast in terms of dining.

No pool or balcony. Could have been 2 chairs in the room and a small side table.

I would have liked a desk in the room to work at and the fan in the bathroom did not work and two chairs would have been better. There was a coffee maker and mugs but no coffee.

We had an issue with the bathroom. The Manager was very helpful in resolving the issue. His attitude was positive and very appreciated. Very customer responsive

Felt brand new, immaculately clean and the breakfast service the next morning was great.
