The beds and pillows are comfy, the TV screen is big, water and ice machine in floor is helpful, in house Starbucks and restaurant is great, swimming and gym on site is perfect, central location in Mississauga next to square one is awesome. Rental car next door helps. Small market in reception is cool

The rooms are a bit small for family may consider having a couch or sofa, no space for extra cot if needed, business center for quite meetings and video calls would help. In room dining would be great for family with kids.

I love the staff, the adjacent restaurant “Drift Wood”, the beds and pillows were very comfy and the TV was great to be able to log into my apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) and then wipe them clean before leaving. I cannot compliment the staff enough on warmth, friendliness and willingness to help. Even the cleaning crew was extremely friendly and greeted me every day with smiles and small talk. I absolutely love that.

Ok, I am not upset at it because I realize the situation and the amount of filled rooms and stress the staff is working with. However, I do think they missed cleaning the floor, wiping the bathroom down and changing one of the beds. The reason I suspect something went wrong is that the toilet and shower had lots of hairs and the bathroom floor had lots of hair. The carpet still had some crumbs or something on it and one of the beds had some brown stains on the pillows. I wiped down what I could when I first got there but did not change the bed or clean the floors. I was more concerned with the toilet and shower. I don’t think it was missed on purpose because I saw how hard the cleaning staff were working on other rooms. I think someone got in a hurry and some things got missed.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. A lot of options on the TV, even to sign into your own netflix or prime which is great. The restaurant was amazing and Syed who waited on us was the BEST waiter i have ever had. He was so professional, respectful and helpful with us and our kids. He made our stay even more enjoyable and we will defiantly come back

Everything was great, i would only loved to have seen free parking or a free continental breakfast, thats honestly it.

There was a coffee shop inside hotel and restaurant and pool. We liked that. Room was very nice. Liked that room had fridge and water bottles were in room. Hot bkfst was very good and yummy.

Pillows weren’t the most comfortable. No fan in bathroom to circulate warm or hot air from shower. Could’ve used more towels but was ok. Front desk could’ve promoted the hotel and surrounding area better.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was filtered water available on our floor. There was a Starbucks in the lobby! The location was great as it was within walking distance to the downtown and Square One (the mall). Lots of bus routes go through there as well.

The water leaked through the shower space, making the bathroom floor wet and unpleasant. The AC made a lot of noise and woke us up a few times at night. The windows in the rooms could not be opened for fresh air. There was some hair on the bed sheets and the toilet when we arrived.

The continental buffet suited me just fine -- I'm not a big breakfast eater. The staff were very friendly -- just what you need in the morning.

It didn't start off well. There was a problem with the elevator due to a testing of the fire alarm system. Staff were very resourceful and took some of us up in the service elevator. Also Starbucks was closed. This was all just the first day but afterwards everything went smoothly.

Beautiful hotel ideally located for square one shopping centre and buses to most tourist locations. (5 min walk) Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean rooms with comfy beds. Restaurant was tasty for dinner and breakfast. Pool was great, open until 10pm I think and fitness suite was 24hrs. Ideal family or business hotel in the centre of Mississauga.

After a very hectic travel schedule, Mr. Rajugana's welcome at reception was the loveliest experience. He saw my exhaustion and went out of his way to be helpful. He set the tone for the rest of the stay. Thank you for your professional, warm, courteous service. Also, the girl at the in-house Starbucks counter was very pleasant too.

Simply I have a great and comfortable stay in this Hotel, Staff are nice and friendly, location is great near to Square One Mega Shopping Mall, it's in the city center area where everything is available and nearby. I recommend this Hotel for Business Stay.

I loved the fact that the front service workers are super friendly the male there provided amazing service. He allowed us to check out a little later which was very accommodating! This is not my first time staying here, he helped us out last visit as well! Super helpful!

The one thing I didn’t like it the hot water from the tap looked dirty… it was not clear water which is pretty disgusting. The only reason I didn’t let this affect the rating I gave is because of the amazing service I received, but the hotel should definitely check the water out.
