The best way to describe this hotel is bojuie on a budget. Don’t be discouraged by the outside, warm hallways or the carpet in the stairs, the rooms are wonderful! They did the best renovating with what they have and if you are looking for a great priced hotel with clean rooms and clean comfy beds and a fridge, this is your place! Also they offer free parking, 90% of hotels in that area charge $20+ for parking and this hotel is a 4 min drive to the falls! *mind you these pictures are ones I took after our stay before we left.

The price very affordable. The room is stunning. Love the free coffee in the morning. The room has a great mini fridge and a microwave you can use (not in the room). Love location (bus stop is very close WEGO blue/red lines). The stuff is very friendly

Just some tips: The floor is very slippery when wet. It is very noisy because the hallway has an echo. Because of the value of the rooms the young people are very noisy around 1am -4am ( not the hotels fault). This is not a family friendly hotel, due to the language and subject matter of the younger customers

I loved the location, it was steps away from food, transport, entertainment everything. You can't ask for a better location. The first night we got there, we had too many suitcases and could not make the stairs with them all. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to stay in a much nicer room downstairs.

The walls are thin, and you can hear everything in and down the corridor. A family stayed down the corridor and let their kids have the corridor as a playground. I eventually had to call the front desk. No micowaves in the room so everyone has to take all their food upstairs to reheat. There are only 2 microwaves, that's crazy.

Requested ground floor room which I got. It was a Double Queen room, recently renovated, very spacious, super-clean, with a big flat screen TV with lots of viewing options. There are 2 new fancy mirrors, with different selections for brightness and possibly heat/defogger but idk. There is a little fridge in the room, with microwaves/ice machine available on site. Fresh perked coffee ready from 8am 🙂 Good supply of towels and racks. Room also has 3 new leatherette Parsons type chairs, very comfortable, along with a table. The chairs match the classy looking headboards on the comfortable beds. No extra charge for parking which seems to be quite common now at the Falls😑

You look at about a 30 ft white wall with nothing but the TV, but if renovations are ongoing, perhaps more decor will be added later one hopes.

I like the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable it was. Everything was nice and looks new, they have a smart tv where we can watch our favorite streaming apps which is a plus. Washroom was nice, they provide you with good amount of towels.

no microwave in the room itself, no boiling water and you couldn’t adjust the fridge’s temperature and I bought an ice cream and store it there which it melted, it was a small fridge so it makes sense, otherwise all the other liquids will be frozen. Also no toothbrush was provided so you have to bring your own, otherwise buy somewhere

The check in was very easy. The staff were kind and the room was quiet and clean. The new renovations really made everything feel classy. The room was also a really comfy temperature when you came in, not overly hot or freezing even though the room was fully tiled. They also offered a nice tv package with a smart tv, one of the nicer services I've gotten in the area.

Ants, not a lot but a few in the bathroom. Also the shower drain was slow draining til the hair catch got rinsed out, not a big deal and easy to forget.

Superior room was decent, air conditioner worked great, water was hot, TV has lots of options including Tubi, YouTube, a variety of channels etc. Parking was free. Free wifi provided.

Check in is 1pm, I was early as my booking site said between Noon and 1p, however they were able to get me a room shortly after, just be aware, don't show up before 1p, they don't seem to like that. Receptionist was nice about it though. Did find a hair on one of the bedsheets, and dustbunnies behind the bedside table, but really it's not that bad. Noise was a bit annoying but you find that in every hotel.

Excellent customer service, everyone on duty was very cooperative and accommodated us according to our request. The entire place was sparkling clean, hats off to the house keeping team.

Minor fixing in the room, notified to the front desk manager to get it fixed. Should have a microwave on the ground floor as well especially for the seniors instead of walking to the 2nd floor.

I like the new renovation. The new look it's clean and nice But same time the floor is ceramic. It's very slippery. If you have wet slipper you can easily fall down.

I like The new look of washroom it's Very nice and clean but at the same time the floor is ceramic after you shower it's very very slippery. for older people I don't think it's safe. Just this is my opinion

great location, within walking distance to the falls pretty easily. staff was helpful and kind, check in was easy. beds were more comfortable than i thought they would be. doors automatically locked which was nice. everything was updated and clean.

the walls were pretty thin so we could hear every noise coming from the hallway/other rooms which means others could hear us through the walls too.
