The location of this accommodation is very good, close to everywhere - possible to walk to bus station, to Niagara Falls and even to croos the borders to the US. There was coffee machine and coffee refilled every day. The beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Personnel was nice and waited for our later arrival.

The cleanliness of the bed sheets were not that good the day of arrival, it looked not totally clean.

Near the falls, it was very clean. Friendly staff.

Their was a damp, musty smell in bathroom. Maybe window needs replacement. And room needs more lighting. Also a microwave should be added.

Great location to be close to the convention centre, and walking distance to most attractions but far enough away that you aren't always in the tourist trap madness. Room is good for short stays and the Keurig Coffee machine got some good use, the mini fridge also was nice to have. WIFI worked well for me and I was surprised how many Off The Air TV channels you can still get with an antenna in Niagara Falls, one advantage of being so close to the US border. Was able to watch the NBA Finals and Stanley Cup Final. Outdoor pool was a nice feature that I made sure to take advantage of on the warm Saturday in June.

We stayed in the separate two bedroom house, located on one of the main streets of Niagara Falls. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious, the beds - comfortable. The house was clean. There was a private parking lot right behind the house, which saved us money on parking (which is very expensive in the area). The house is walking distance from the falls and main attractions. There are plenty of eating options near the house. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We made a last minute reservation after our original booking was cancelled, so we were really happy we got it.

The house is literally on the one of the main roads of Niagara Falls. There is a lot of traffic passing by, lots of street lights and noises around. There was a canalisation smell in the house when we arrived (not sure was it coming from the ventilation or from the pipes. We didn't notice the smell after couple of hours, so maybe the house just needed some fresh air.

The location of these lodges is great, easy and fast access to the downtown area as well as the falls. It's our second stay here, the beds are big and comfy and the rooms are clean. There's a (big) mini fridge, TV and fast wifi connection. The staff are super nice and helpful whether it comes to the rooms or the parking. Also checking in was very easy :)

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable this time is when someone showers at night, we can hear the heating turning on at night. But if you are like us and spent a long day in the falls, you'll sleep right away regardless of this noise. We still love these lodges and will be back again :)

Decent motel, clean spacious room, comfy beds, chairs and a small table on the outside corridor, too (very convenient for smokers). Not directly near the falls and the attractions (although not more than 15 minutes on foot) but there are stops of 2 tourist bus lines which bring you to the sights AND parking is free for motel guest which is a rare advantage in the Falls area. Restaurants and shops nearby.

There is a small reception office only, and no common area/lobby, i.e. no breakfast, no vending machines (on the other hand there is coffee and fridge in the room and a 24/7 Circle K store just opposite the next corner).

the room was clean and large. the beds were very comfortable. Ample free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. quick walk to all the sites.

there was only one outlet by the beds. We couldn't plug in our devices and have the lamp on at the same time. There were no hand towels or towel bars. Had to use a bath towel to dry hands after washing them and hang the towel on a hanger in the closet. No tissues which was a problem due to allergies. We had to use toilet paper. The light switches were in weird places for the bathroom. No guide on TV.

The Location is excellent. Close to lot of restaurants and the falls is 15 mins walk from the hotel. This hotel is old when you see the inside of your room. However our room was clean with basic toiletries, coffee machine, refrigerator and comfortable beds. There is a pool but we did not get a chance to use it. The person at front desk was courteous and super helpful. He even provided us a map with all the directions on how to get around the city/falls. Wi-Fi is good and free parking too. They did let us leave our car in the parking spot even after our check-out so that we could explore the city/falls a little longer. If you are planning to spend a night, this place is recommended.

The AC is inside the room and it is loud. We were okay with it as we needed some white noise in the background to sleep. The water in the bathtub took a long time to drain. There are only two floors and no elevators. If you have difficulty in climbing the stairs, you may want to request a room on the first floor.

AMAZING, friendly and accommodating staff AND AMAZING CLEAN rooms. Seriously - probably THE CLEANEST motel/hotel room I have EVER seen. last time I was here and I stayed at the Hilton but could not justify the price this time. so we opted for Kings Inn. If you choose Kings Inn, you won’t be disappointed! Beds were comfy. Bathroom spacious. My mom also twisted her knee and the gentleman at the front office went out of his way to bring up some ice packs for her. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely - people were swimming and enjoying it :) Thank you Kings Inn!

The motel is dated but well maintained and clean. The room and bathroom were spacious. And the motel is within walking distance of Skylon Tower, Niagara Falls, and restaurants. But the property is a great value for the area and I would definitely stay there again.

The parking is pretty is tight, both in terms of the actual spots and the number of spaces. The person at the front desk needs to direct you to a parking spot. I was going to drive around the night I checked in but decided it was better to just to walk and leave the car in its spot. While Skylon Tower and Niagara Falls are within walking distance, it is a longer walk than from other motels/hotels in the area.
