good location for the price. with walking distance to all main attractions.

They sell parking to people who are not staying in hotel. this makes it hard for guests to find parking in lot. They should have designated parking for hotel guests only.

the view was great, the location and how close it was within walking distance to the falls, and clifton hill. The Room was quiet and decent.

Noisy lobby, young children playing on bikes in the parking lot unattended. Crowded area near back entrance to parking lot. Noisy and lack of services in terms of food and amenities.

I liked how they turned the old Comfort Inn building to a more clean and modern building. Cant wait to see the expansion.

The buildings were separate for the other. Plus the parking was not free and should be included with the price of the hotel for better transparency.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location is within walking distance of the falls and Clifton Hill. Room had a fridge and a microwave and room was very spacious.

Couple of the towles were slightly stained with mascara. They were washed but looks like the stain didn't come out . Towls are a bit hard and could maybe do with some new ones.Parking is 20 dollars plus tax a day. Its probably one of the cheapest for hotel parking as most of the others in the area can charge up to 50 a day which is scandalous. There are car parks across from the hotel that have all day parking for 10 and 5 dollars a day but they look a bit shady. Overall I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights and no room service was provided… for the price you pay for a room per night they should provide a maid service. Also had to call down for extra towels cuz room only came enough for two guests and there was four of us…

the hotel was close to everything. the location was great. we only stayed one night but will come back so we can explore more when it isn’t so cold out. love that there is a balcony.

what was weird about the property was that you checked in in one building then went to another building to get to your room. that was alittle confusing at first but wasn’t too bad. the elevators in tower B are very slow and take forever to open once you reach your floor. I am also terrified of elevators so to be fair maybe that was more on me then then but it did take a long time to get to our room on the 6th floor. we had a view of the parking lot and you can hear the road noise through the door to the balcony. It wasn’t too bad to where it was bothersome but it is a busy street and with nothing on you heard the noise all night.

Location, staff and very clean

Price is a bit high, but it could be because of the season. The IHop breakfast was extremely expensive for the food they offered and was not good.

The pillows were very hard but once we requested for softer pillow they brought them right away.

I’m very disappointed with the decision, obviously made by Wyndham hotels for mixing the migrants dumped into the Niagara Falls area with paying guests. This was the cause of congestion in the hallways, lobby and elevator area. 15-20 minute wait for the elevator is unacceptable. If I was aware of this I would have cancelled my reservation. Our original reservation was in building B but when I checked in they informed me they had to change it because of maintenance. I discovered that was a lie.

Front desk smile requested supplies answered quickly.

Room service, breakfast not included , paying for parking.

The hotel was good but customer service front desk was a nightmare, very very bad and the worst part is she didn’t care or didn’t make an effort to fix it.☹️

I attempted to get 1 room with two Queen bed’s for my wife my 17 year old daughter and me. On the internet I saw it for $88 per night and some how I got 2 rooms for $200+ and when I checked in they only had one room ready #801, she told me she would hold one close to us, she gave us #817. #%€&:@ so that is what I think about the front desk. And give me a week and you will see a BBB review.
