It was exceptionally clean

We booked here for the kitchen facility and the price but we were visiting old town niagara-on-the-lake. The hotel was a bit further than we anticipated from the old town. It was also further than we expected from niagara falls itself.

This was a stay for 3 nights during the Labour Day long weekend. Smooth check in, extremely clean room, kitchen stocked with utensils as well as an Induction stove top, this made for a great and memorable stay. There is also a lot of parking space, pool, patio seating, mini mini-golf area and a gym. For anyone with infants or non-toilet-trained children, you are able to take them into the pool in swim diapers. Breakfast is 7am-10am, Pool area is open until 11pm, and there is a pantry with snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Despite a fire alarm situation, we didn't have any cons or issues during our stay, and we would really want to stay here again when possible. Side note - A 2% municipal tax was implemented from Sept 1, 2022.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The coffee served at breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples looking to getaway but don't want to be in the heart of Niagara Falls.

The layout of the room is a little weird as there is no door for the bathroom sink area. If someone is getting ready while the other is sleeping it can be quite bright and disruptive. Overall though our stay was very enjoyable - we will be back.

We were in town to see the falls and visit the shops in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We did not want to stay in the Casino/Clifton Hill area as we preferred something quieter and more sedate, and the “classic” hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake were way too expensive and booked up. Staybridge proved to be the perfect solution. Clean and comfortable and within easy distance from the things we wanted to see and at a comparably moderate price. No it wasn’t right by the sights but we were completely happy with the experience and got good rest.

All good.

Room - clean and well stocked Breakfast - good variety, something for everyone and constantly replenished so no one went without Staff - friendly and helpful Amenities - everything you needed, pool, exercise room, even a putting green

Location - while it was easy to get to places it wasn't in a particularly scenic area. The view from the patio left a lot to be desired. Would have preferred no pets.

The breakfast offerings were exceptional. The suite facilities were great and the bed was comfortable.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the bathrooms. The sink overflow hole was visibly dirty. For the kitchenette, the cutlery and utensils need to be changed. Also, the sofa bed was not comfortable for a child to sleep in because it was too thin.

Nice and clean facility and is very close to the Niagara outlet mall! Free Parking with an option for EV charging is a plus.

Breakfast timing (7:30 am to 9:30 am) is not very convenient especially if you are on vacation. Also, just one station for two hotels can result in over crowding.

Excellent solution for serving breakfast during Covid. We filled out a menu sheet, and a very nice lady put together our breakfast, which we could take out in a bag, or on a tray that we could bring up to our room. Everything done in a safe and sanitized way.

I did not realize how far this hotel was from downtown NOTL. About a 20 minute drive.

1. The free breakfast was awful. It really hurt the experience bc it didn't meet expectations. Better off providing breakfast vouchers or no breakfast and lower room rate. 2. Pillows and bed was average comfort compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

Found a GEM! So delighted with the quality, cleanliness,  and value for the price tag. First time staying at a Staybridge Suite, won't be the last. The check in was smooth, everything was spotless, eased the stress! The Suite itself is so well laid out. We loved the kitchen in the Suite. The king bed was so comfy. The breakfast in a bag was really well done and plentiful, served with a smile! Thank you to Rose at the front desk for being so friendly and asking about our day each time we saw her! This locale is so central to everything NOTL. 5 mins from the Outlet area. 20 mins from Flat Rock Cellars Winery (my fav!), so be sure to check it out! We have just found our favourite place to stay when in this area! Enjoy it for yourself!
