The room was perfect for me and my fiance. A big comfy bed, microwave, small freezer/fridge, and small bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and both nights were quiet and comfortable, no trouble sleeping and the rooms were clean. Lots of places are within walking distance which is really nice, we didn't really have to use the car much.
The pool wasn't open when we went which was a little disappointing, but it's fine because the beach is right nearby.

Great price for a room for the night. King sized bed was very comfortable. There was an efficient and quiet electric heater that we used to take the October chill out of the room. Bathroom was clean, had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap provided.
We would have liked for there to have been a coffee maker, couple packets of coffee and packaged creamer in the room so that we could have enjoyed a coffee in our pajamas before heading out for the day.

This motel was a favorite for us. The owner who is alone to manage everything is really nice and makes sure that everything is for the best. Our room was very spacious, cottage style, very clean with extra amenities such as: kettle, stove top, sink for washing dishes, large enough freezer in the fridge, bbq outside. The pool was spotless. Located a few minutes from the beach and several shops.

While bed and linens were clean, carpet was not. Both hubby and I left with dirty feet. Keep shoes on inside room, or bring slippers.

It's a good value for the money. The motel I stayed at for decades in Southampton has priced themselves right out of my league now. I'm not looking for anything too fancy when I travel, just convenience more than anything else.

We had an exceptionally large room. Lots of space. Must be because we chose the family-sized room, even though there were 2 of us, but it was definitely worth the extra few dollars, for all that space.

The bed was super big. Lots of space. The staff and other patrents were very friendly. It was easy to find and great location. Beach was just down street.
Bathroom was way to small. There was windows on both sides of room so traffic noise was bit annoying and made the room bright all the time. We like a darker room at night.
